South Yorkshire Festive Meal Offer 2017 Claim by 22nd December 2017 for up to £10 refund per member!

Eligibility

Please read the following points carefully before submitting your application. If your claim does not meet these conditions, you will not receive a refund.

 CSSC South Yorkshire members may claim up to £10 refund against the purchase of a meal (excluding alcohol) over the festive period (up to 30th December). Any members purchasing a meal costing less than £10 will be refunded the full price of their meal. Each CSSC South Yorkshire member can only claim against one meal.

 One CSSC South Yorkshire member should request the refund for all CSSC members attending their festive meal. This member will receive a single refund covering all members in their party, and will be responsible for distributing it once paid.

 The Cashback form must include each CSSC South Yorkshire members’ membership number, contact details, cost of meal (food only) and signature. (If submitting by email, all members claiming a refund must be cc’d in lieu of a signature).

 You must include an itemised receipt, showing the cost of food purchased. If alcohol is included on your receipt, food spend must be shown separately.

 If you are attending an 'all inclusive' function where drinks included in the package price please contact our secretary inbox ([email protected] ) and provide a breakdown of costs as soon as possible (e.g.: a menu/leaflet from the venue).

 It is the responsibility of all members included on the application to ensure full information and an itemised receipt is provided. How to claim

1. Complete the cashback form (below) including the details of each CSSC South Yorkshire member attending your meal. If you are submitting a hard copy, it must be signed by each member, if submitted by email, you must cc each of the members for whom you are claiming.

2. By 22nd December 2017 send your form with the receipt attached, to the address on the bottom of the form. If your event is scheduled after 22nd December, you must send your claim by the deadline, the receipt may follow but must be sent before 30th December 2017. Your claim will not be processed until the receipt is provided.

3. A payment will be made to the lead member’s bank account for the total amount of rebate (e.g.: 8 members attending, £10 rebate agreed per member = £80 payment to the lead member). Payments will be made during January, wherever possible.

We will not process claims which are only partially completed (e.g.: missing signatures, membership numbers (all must begin with 30) etc) or where a receipt is not provided. It is your responsibility to ensure the receipt is provided by 30th December- we will not remind you to submit it.

The refund amount is for a maximum of £10 per member claiming (excluding alcohol). If alcohol is included on your receipt, it must be itemised to show food spend separately. Each CSSC member can only claim against one meal and must be a member of South Yorkshire Area. For audit purposes, a post event check will be made to confirm that members did partake of the meal. We will seek a refund of the cashback paid to any members who have submitted false claims.
