Contra Costa County IP FSA Left message on an Project Log answering machine - Emailed data file to Zetron to get Console License File (Sent it to the wrong email address first according to the manual. I hope we don’t get two licenses.) In my second email I told them the address I sent the first request to. - Left message AM with Ken (Zetron) asking again for the factory IP addresses the station units were shipped with. Recorded what is now needed - Also asked what serial to parallel adapters theyThe recommend “Done” was for theadded printers. later - Rc’d email from Greg providing contact info for Kody Kerwin (their radio tech). - Emailed Kody a request for wiring info for the houses at [email protected].

Presently waiting for:  Factory IP addresses for Station Units (Zetron) - Done  Console license file (Zetron) - Done  Customer Name & ID # (Zetron) - Done Received information  Serial-Parallel printer adapter recommendation (Zetron) - Done  Station wiring diagrams (Kody – CCC) - Done

12/27 – Ken (Zetron) called back. He thinks the factory IP address on all Station Units is 192.68.0.10 - He is referring the Serial-Parallel adapter question to Dave Heffner in engineering.

1/9 – Greg sent me current wiring & proposed wiring diagrams on same jpg. - They will use Zetron serial port for printing - They are supplying a dry closure from the radio system to the Zetron as a backup alerting system (will this work?) - The old chime system will be pulled out with the old equipment (that’s what the radio is now triggering for backup alerting) Scheduled install - He wants us to start the install on Tuesday - He would like us to get started on the upgrades of the model 6’s (a separate project) asap (diff district). He will get me a firm count (approx 5).

1/10 – Sent the following email to Greg – install starts Tuesday. Bill says we are ready. Copied Bill Clark, Mitch, & David Naasz on the email.
