Maintaining a professional, business like appearance is very important to the success of our organization. Regardless of an employee’s interaction with clients, customers, suppliers, contractors, or volunteers, each employee is responsible for maintaining a consistent image that supports the reputation of the organization.

We require that all employees adhere to our dress code policy while representing our organization both in and outside the workplace including at formal and informal events.

We recognize that during the summer options and choices for appropriate workplace attire may vary compared to other times of the year. As a result we have developed guidelines for appropriate workplace attire for summer.

Summer Dress Code Overview

We have developed a summer dress code that defines a standard of dress and workplace attire relevant to our industry and community. We require all employees to dress in a manner that is presentable and appropriate for their positions and fits within our organizations standards.

Our dress code includes a requirement to wear professional attire relevant to an individual’s position within the organization. This professional attire includes professional business attire, work clothes or uniforms and casual business attire, as appropriate depending on an individual’s position. At all times clothing will be kept in good repair and well maintained.
