03/14/16

5:24 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on S. Edwards Blvd. at Bloomfield Rd. The driver, 48 year old William J. Grant, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for operating after suspension and released.

03/15/16

9:11 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Williams St. at North St. The driver, a 17 year old male, Burlington, was issued a citation for operating after registration suspended and released.

5:18 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on County Rd H at Minahan Rd. The driver, 60 year old Michael W. Minon, Genoa City, was issued a citation for non-registration of a motor vehicle and released.

03/16/16

10:33 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to a traffic accident on N. Wells St. at Lake Geneva Blvd. One of the drivers, 18 year old Kathryn Grace Connors, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for inattentive driving and released.

03/17/16

10:35 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on N. Edwards Blvd. at E. Main St. The driver, 60 year old Dixie Jo Atkinson, Genoa City, was issued a citation for operating a motor vehicle without proof of insurance and released.

11:06 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Broad St. at North St. One of the occupants in the vehicle, 22 year old John Nicholas Gremo, Genoa City, was issued a citation for rider in vehicle not wearing a seatbelt and released.

11:25 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Broad St. at Wisconsin St. The driver, 28 year old William Richard Wilkening, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for display of unauthorized plates and released.

03/18/16

12:54 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Broad St. at W. Main St. The officer issued the driver, 18 year old Sofija Marilyn Djurdjulov, Lake Geneva, citations for operating while revoked and violation for class D restrictions. The officer issued a passenger, 22 year old Nikolas Bogdan Djurdjulov, Lake Geneva, a citation for rider in vehicle not wearing a seatbelt. The officer also issued a passenger, a 17 year old female, Lake Geneva, a citation for underage possession/consumption of alcohol – second offense. All subjects were later released. 3:25 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Maxwell t. at Elkhorn Rd. The driver, 26 year old Dillon William Edwards, Delavan, was issued a citation for operating while revoked. He had valid warrants out of Delavan Township and was subsequently confined in Walworth County Jail on those warrants.

7:35 p.m.: An officer received an anonymous complaint of a subject on a property in the 200 block of Havenwood Dr. that had been warned not to return to the property. Upon arrival, the officer issued 52 year old Mark Anthony Kucinski, Lake Geneva, a citation for trespassing and released.

10:42 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on William St. at North St. The driver, 33 year old Brandon M. Pinder, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for operating while revoked and released.

03/19/16

4:50 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Grant St. at Elkhorn Rd. The driver, 32 year old Juan Carlos Flores Damian, Waukegan, IL, was issued a citation for operating without a valid license and released.

10:37 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on N. Edwards Blvd. at Sheridan Springs Rd. The driver, 51 year old Susan M. O’Sullivan, Lake in the Hills, IL, was issued a citation for exceeding zones and posted limits for travelling 45 mph in a 30 mph zone and released.

10:50 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on N. Edwards Blvd. at Sheridan Springs Rd. The driver, 22 year old Cody Ray Bollendorf, Kenosha, was issued a citation for exceeding zones and posted limits for travelling 45 mph in a 30 mph zone and released.

11:05 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Sheridan Springs Rd. at N. Edwards Blvd. The driver, 51 year old Jeffrey A. Carstensen, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for failure to wear a seatbelt and released.

11:45 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Wells St. at E. South St. The driver, 44 year old Jose Manuel Marquez, Pell Lake, was issued a citation for exceeding zones and posted limits for travelling 40 mph in a 25 mph zone and released.

1:24 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Townline Rd. at Wells St. The driver, 85 year old Arlis N. Hogberg, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for failure to wear a seatbelt and released.

10:24 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Wells St. at Cass St. The driver, 50 year old Martin Gallegos Haro, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for operating without a valid license and released.

03/20/16

12:23 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on E. Main St. at East St. The driver, 21 year old Ryan Maxwell Tisa, Lake Geneva, was issued a citation for operating after suspension and released.

2:33 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on Broad St. at Main St. The driver, 31 year old Lacie J. Thornton, Genoa City, was issued a citation for unreasonable and imprudent speed and released. Incidents from Previous Week(s)

03/01/16 – 1:30 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of E. South St. for a report of a hit and run accident. Upon investigation, the officer issued 18 year old Cody J. Bettack, Genoa City, a citation for accelerating vehicle – display of power and released.

03/09/16 – 8:31 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on N. Wells St. at Highway 50. The driver, 48 year old Leonard J. Koczor, Wooddale, IL, was issued a citation for violation of a red traffic signal and released.

03/12/16 – 1:05 a.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on E. Main St. at S. Curtis St. The driver, 22 year old Anthony S. Hanson, Trevor, was issued citations for operating while under the influence – first offense and exceeding zones and posted limits for travelling 55 mph in a 40 mph zone. Hanson was later released to a responsible party.

03/13/16 – 3:20 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Center St. for a report of disorderly subjects. Upon arrival, officers issued 26 year old Kaitlin A. Pilewski, Crystal Lake, IL, a citation for disorderly conduct. Pilewski could not find anyone to take responsibility for her and was subsequently confined in Walworth County Jail on the disorderly conduct charge.
