3. Trust Implementation Issues This section details issues which must be addressed by the Trust before a release or, where they are for issues which are only by request, before a particular feature is activated.
3.1 Standard issues:
212351 - Licensing CRIS catalogue items Required Trust Action: Ensure all expected CRIS cost options are included in the list published for each site or trust before the update begins that will be licensed during the update. This must be performed well in advance of the update since any chargeable CRIS options unlisted at the start time of the update will no longer be active after the update.
210612 - Home address and next of kin details Required Trust Action: Any stats currently querying demographic history will have to specify DEMOHIS.Type = '' in order to only get the actual demographic history of the patient
3.2 Optional, for issues by request only:
204882 - Alter FTP connections to sFTP Required Trust Action: In order to use this functionality trusts should ensure that their FTP server can use sFTP before requesting that this is enabled.

4. Change Details This section provides further details of each change.
HEAD refers to the development and unreleased testing versions of CRIS. Changes reported in HEAD are either new features not in any previous version of CRIS or issues that have only been introduced or discovered during development or testing of the next release of CRIS. Issues reported in a particular release, HEAD or otherwise, may also be pertinent to other releases of CRIS.
4.1 Application Launcher
210358 - CRIS installer / updater Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mwarren (Mark Warren)
Description: An installer, updater and launcher is required to replace webstart. Resolution: A CRIS installer system has been implemented to replace the requirement to use WebStart. This feature is available by request only.
4.2 Billing
216529 - Co-Payment validation message not clear Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: If you enter an invalid co-payment cost the validation message displayed is not that clear. Also if you select add a co-payment and then press cancel before entering an error is displayed and you have to press cancel again in order to close the add co-payment dialog. Resolution: The validation message produced when some form of invalid input is entered into the co-payment cost dialog is now a little clearer. Also, selecting the 'Cancel' button closes the dialog appropriately.
216541 - Unwanted exambill queries Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: CRIS does queries from exambill when this does not seem necessary. For example when you go into batch verify it seems to do the query for each exam. Resolution: All unnecessary queries to the 'EXAMBILL' database table have been removed.
216537 - Changes to Billing cost table not being trapped by F5 Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: If any entry in the Billing cost table on the Billing page is amended, ie a Co- payment added, or an extra cost added, pressing F5 after the changes are made doesn't produce a suitable warning indicating to the user that the changes will be lost. Resolution: When any additional extra cost is added to the procedural cost of an exam, the changes are registered against the exam, so if F5 is selected, these changes will be detected and a suitable warning message produced.

Resolution: Event details now loaded correctly when 'Event Details' page is loaded up in workflow. F5 clears without warnings.
216664 - Creating new exam cost prompt list Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: When creating a new exam costs policy a dialogue page must be filled in. On this page there are several coded fields where double clicking or pressing F4 on the list brings up a list of possible codes. 216264 - Billing and Post Processing Mode Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: If billing is enabled and you are in post processing mode then both the billing and post processing screens are displayed when you attend an event. When you press continue on the billing page the event is saved which saves the operator that has been defaulted in to the post processing page. If you then clear the patient without changing any post processing details the event will have saved as post processed Resolution: The workflow order has now changed. In 'Post Processing' or 'Sonographer' mode, when a new event is attended, selecting the 'Attend & Process' button brings up the 'Billing' page, as before, but no 'Post Processing' page is included in the workflow. Selecting the 'Continue' button, closes the 'Billing' page and inserts the 'Post Processing' page into the workflow and gives it the focus. If the user now wishes to clear (F5), a warning message is displayed advising the user that unsaved data will be lost, as expected. If the user continues with the 'clear' process, reloading the event list for the patient, shows that the event hasn't been post processed, as expected.
216268 - Billing button is disabled Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: The billing button is disabled when the event is marked as changed. This can cause some issues and may not be necessary. Description: Need the ability to add patient co-payments to an exam on the billing page. Resolution: The Billing page now contains a button that adds a 'co-payment' cost row to the costs table. When the button is selected, a dialog appears allowing the user to enter a cost figure. Once the dialog is closed a new 'co-payment cost' row is added to the table and the cost is subtracted from the exam's procedural cost.
4.3 Dashboard
212237 - CRIS Dashboard Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mwarren (Mark Warren)
Description: CRIS needs the ability to display information about outstanding workflow in an easily understood way. This can be achieved by creating options to display various widgets on the CRIS front page such as a pie chart of unverified reports or a bar chart of appointments assigned for the day. Resolution: A 'dashboard' has been added to CRIS to replace the initial Menu page. This 'dashboard' allows 'widgets' to be displayed that can show various charts and text of interest to the user. A new database table WIDGET has been added to store the definition of the widgets. Initial Widgets Created are; Message Of the Day, All radiologists unverified Bar Chart, Individual Radiologist Speedo and Pie Charts

4.5 Diary
209798 - Resized diary bookings for exams with blank real time are overbooked by 5 minutes Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 21 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
Description: Exams have a real time value in the ExaminationCodes table. If this is null, CRIS assumes a length of 5 minutes.
Booking such an exam into the diary with 5 minute roomslots uses one roomslot as expected. However, if the appointment is resized to say 15 minutes, then 4 roomslots will be allocated instead of 3. The fourth roomslot will appear to be greyed out.
Being able to adjust the time an appointment takes in single minute intervals would prevent this from being an issue. Resolution: The appointments in the diary are now lengthened and shortened in single minute increments, giving much more flexibility and allowing more accurate appointments. The appointment still has a deliberate limitation of not allowing the appointment to last less than 5 minutes.
216487 - Unable to update max patients in diary setup Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: It is no longer possible to update the maximum number of patients for a room slot. Resolution: To make sure Max Patients field in diary setup's room slots can be changed.

Description: Using the exams editor in the diary to add exams to an already booked appointment can cause problems. Resolution: Now in the diary exams can be added to an event in the event summary panel on the diary page without errors occurring.
209328 - Closing diary afternoon slots. Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: When users want to close a room for the afternoon in the appointment diary frequently the slots closed need to start at a time later than noon. currently a user can select to close a range of slots either morning, afternoon or all day with the cutoff between morning and afternoon set at noon.
The diary setup page needs changing so that a room can be closed during a specified time period. For example it should be possible to close a room between 1300 and 1700.
Also need to add another close option to the diary. The new option should prompt for a time range to close.
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 22 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
Resolution: The close morning/afternoon/all day option has been changed to allow the user to select a start and end time that the room is closed.

4.6 Dictation
214575 - Deleting an External Dictation attempts to initiate an FTP connection to the FTP server Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: With the local machine disconnected from the network attempting to delete an external dictation initiates an FTP connection to the FTP server with the following message 'Cannot delete dictation as there appears to be a problem connecting to the FTP server. Please check your network'. There should be no attempt to initiate an FTP connection. Resolution: CRIS will no longer contact the ftp server when deleting external dictations.
213159 - Possible to record dictation in non-edit mode using foot switch Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mwarren (Mark Warren)
Description: Existing dictations are now opened in non edit, read only mode. In order to change an existing dictation the user has to press the Edit button at which point the dictation page changes to allow dictation recordings. It should not be possible to record or change the dictation when in non edit mode. However, the foot pedal recording button does not check that the dictation screen is in read only mode. Resolution: It is now not possible to record a dictation in non-edit mode using a foot switch.
211054 - No error message generated when deleting a dictation from dictation list after disconnecting with LAN Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: bcarroll (Ben Carroll)

Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 23 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
Delete an External Dictation from the Dictation List, no error message is generated. Resolution: Error message is now displayed when trying to delete dictations when the network has been lost.
206941 - Verify Dictation Save Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: Some sites are having problems with dictations that have failed to FTP to their FTP server, but there is no message on screen to inform them of this. This is an intermittent problem and most probably related to the network or the FTP server itself. It would be useful if there was an option to make CRIS perform an extra check to confirm successful transfer of the dictation. The current system of displaying errors reported by the FTP do not appear to be catching all instances of failed ftp's. Resolution: There is now an option to verify the dictation was successfully saved to the FTP server. After the save is complete the dictation is downloaded from the server and its length is compared against the length of the locally stored dictation. If a discrepancy is found, the user is provided with a number of options on how to proceed (Retry, Save, Play, Delete, Keep). This checking procedure creates a number of overheads which could compromise system performance. So this functionality can be enabled/disabled via the new XR setting "DICTATION.VerifyFTPSave".
209011 - Dictation properties from dictation list Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: bcarroll (Ben Carroll)
Description: Create a dictation properties option on the right click menu of the dictation list. Selecting this option should allow users with the relevant security settings to alter the dictation properties. Resolution: Dictation properties is now available from the event list or the dictation list.

215411 - The default action of the Undo Attend warning message is Yes Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mstevenson (Matthew Stevenson)
Description: The default action of the Undo Attend warning message is Yes. To be consistent with other areas of the application the default action should be 'No' Resolution: Focus is now defaulted to the 'No' button for the undo attend action.
215625 - Sessions not fully secure Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: Sessions have been made more secure, so that only the users who are participants of a session can view the session in the session management module. This has not been applied to the list of sessions displayed against an event in the sessions tab of the event details page.
All sessions are displayed in here, and it is still possible to right click on them and display them
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 24 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution in session management, or double click on them and get the outcome actions for the event in the session. Resolution: Now different users (i.e. not a session participant or owner) of a session will not be able to access the session management or "Session outcomes for event" dialog from double clicking or right clicking the session list in event details.
214133 - End time of cancellation status not populated Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: aslack (Alexander Slack)
Description: When an appointment is cancelled, the end time of the cancellation status is supposed to be filled in with the time of the original appointment for the exam, if there is one present. Currently this does happen when going through the cancel finish page, but when right clicking and cancelling from an event list, this is not the case, the end time remains as null.
There is also an additional inconsistency whereby if a request is cancelled via the cancel finish page the end date and end time of the cancellation status are both null, but if a right click cancel on the request list is used the end time is null, but the end date is set to 01/01/2099.
These situations should all result in consistent data in the database. Resolution: End time of cancellation status is now set to time of appointment, or null for non appointments.
212921 - Event load reloads patient history Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: cturner (chris turner)
Description: When selecting an event from the patients event list then the event history for the patient is re-loaded during the load of the selected event. Resolution: Full patient event history is checked before loading to see if it is already loaded.
216620 - Pressing unaction on an event in unprocessed list does not display correct icon. Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: When using the unprocessed list it is possible to action an event that has a syringe icon against it as it has been injected. This puts a processing locked icon in place of the syringe icon. It is then possible to press "Unaction" on the event, and this should remove the lock, and replace it with the previous icon, however it currently removes the lock and also the syringe icon. This could be a risk as someone may not realise that the event has already been administered with radioactive material. Resolution: Pressing "Unaction" on an event in the unprocessed list now refreshes the exam summary for the event, and correctly displays the syringe icon against an event with NM administrations, or no icon if there aren't any administrations.
215324 - Event date wrong on Status Change Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: aslack (Alexander Slack)
Description: After changing the status of an event from attended back to request, CRIS
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 25 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution updates the request date to the date of attendance. Resolution: When using undo attend the event and exam date will now be reverted to the dummy date 01/01/2099 that is attached to outstanding request thus allowing CRIS to display the event request date for the event rather than the attendance date.
209272 - Possible to save event without referrer, referral source etc. Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mstevenson (Matthew Stevenson)
Description: When saving an event, the fields on screen are validated before the save proceeds. However, for an attendance, it is possible to e.g. blank out the referrer and referral source, and save via the post process page.
Additionally it is possible to delete all the exams and save via the report page. Resolution: Validation is now performed prior to performing any event updates. Any validation failures are thrown as a UserException, preventing any update of the event to take place.
216371 - LMP warning changes Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: If you have the override LMP security setting and LMP is left blank for an event that is LMP sensitive then a warning message should not be displayed. The warning message should be displayed if the user does not have the override LMP security setting.
If you have the override LMP security setting and the LMP field is populated with a date that is definitely or probably outside the allowed dates for the 10 day rule then a warning should be displayed.
The LMP messages should only ever be warnings. Currently if you do not have the override LMP security setting and the LMP entered is outside the dates for the 10 day rule a message is displayed and you cannot save the event. Resolution: The LMP security over ride setting should suppress the message that appears for a female patient between the age 13 and 59 if attending a LMP sensitive exam. However the warning if the LMP is outside the 10 day rule should always appear, with or without the LMP security over ride setting, although have the option to continue.
213846 - Able to delete exams without DELETE_EXAMS permission Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: aslack (Alexander Slack)

215633 - Accession number in exam summary Reported in: 07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: Hovering over the event list causes queries to be executed in order to get the
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 26 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution accession number. These queries would not be necessary if the accession number was returned by the exam summary. Resolution: The 'Examsummary' now contains the 'Accession Number' for each exam within the event.
214877 - Errors in console when invalid exam code entered Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mstevenson (Matthew Stevenson)
Description: Entering an invalid exam code on the event details page causes errors to be displayed in the console. Resolution: Exception management has been improved for invalid data - we now only log an error if we get an unexpected exception during processing.
212100 - Attach documents to events Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mwarren (Mark Warren)
Description: Add the ability to attach a document to an event such as excel and pdf. Resolution: Ability added to attach documents to events using the "Attached Documents" tab accessible from the "Documents" option on the event details page.
213731 - A warning that the event has changed is not displayed when comment is altered Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: When the event comment or clinical history is changed on an event in event details, a warning that the event has changed is not displayed when the page is attempted to be cleared without saving the changes. Resolution: The event comment and clinical history are now displayed as fields that have changed when clearing an event has had either of those details changed.
210939 - Long event comment and clinical history scrolled to bottom Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mstevenson (Matthew Stevenson)
Description: If the event comment or clinical history are longer than will fit in the text box then when the event details page is displayed they are scrolled to the end of the text rather than the beginning as you would expect. Resolution: Long event comments or clinical history entries open scrolled to the top.

216486 - Pulling list sort order Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: The list of patients in the pulling list can be sorted by any of the column headers. However when this is done the patient selected and loaded is the one that would have been in that position in the list before the list was re-ordered. Resolution: The reodering of patients in a pulling list does not corrupt the loading of the patient

4.9 Interfaces
216849 - SCI Store results interface sometimes enter Blank Radiol as 2nd reporter Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: cturner (chris turner)
Description: The interface determines if a radiologist is blank by checking if the name is equal to 'Blank Radiologist'. On some systems a blank radiologist code is given the name of 'BLANK RADIOL' which the interface doesn't detect.
The interface should check the code, not the name. Resolution: Blank second Radiologist checked by code rather than name
212617 - Update cris_pacsid_tbl table Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: shodson (simon hodson)
Description: Null entries in the PACSID table are causing problems. The null entries are invalid as they would never be found. This has raised the question whether all columns in the table should be NOT NULL. This is easily done but would require checking in the code to ascertain the effect of NULL entries on the behaviour of the interfaces. Resolution: Table cris_pacsid_tbl changed to primary key IOT.
214174 - Invalid order issue Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: aslack (Alexander Slack)
Description: If an order is sent with invalid data such as an invalid site code CRIS then states "Cannot save event" "integrity constraint error" it then clears and does not create the event however the order has already been marked as completed and no longer appears on the outstanding orders list. The user is then left with no visible trace of the order and needs to resend another order from the orders system. Resolution: The issue was already resolved as a result of other improvements to the error reporting in CRIS.

Description: CRIS needs to allow for different methods of administration in nuclear medicine. Administrations should be per exam rather than per event which will allow for ARSAC limits to be calculated per exam.
Also need an allocated flag on the administration so they can be allocated to a patient before administered. Resolution: Injections have been re-labelled Administrations and can now assigned on a per exam basis. Each administration can be assigned an administration method indicating Injected, Inhaled, Ingested etc. An administration can be assigned to a specific CRIS patient before it is administered to that patient. Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 32 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
Reported in: N/A Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: It would be more secure to have all the transferring of files done by sFTP rather than FTP. This would mean dictations, request cards and stats would all use the same protocol for transferring stored output once again. Resolution: With the following XRSettings set to True, CRIS will use SFTP over FTP. AVDATAMANAGER.SFTP, DICTATION.SFTP, GENERAL.INTERFACE.SFTP (not implemented yet), PACS.SFTP. 211771 - Date year expansion Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: CRIS currently has one date expansion method for converting a date typed with a two digit year to one with a four digit year. This takes the two digit year and adds the current century in front, unless this makes the date more than 11 months in the future in which case it used the previous century. Users would prefer this to take the requirements of the specific field into account when deciding to use the current or previous century. Resolution: Dates in Cris will now have a default 10 year rule (A) except for dates of birth and dates of death which will have a 1 year rule (B).
(A) The 10 year rule means that if a date is more than 10 years in the future the date will be assumed to be in the last century. For example in 2009 if a date was entered to be 1/1/20 the date will be expanded to 01/01/1920. Where as if a date was entered to be 1/1/11 the date will be expanded to 01/01/2011.
(B) The 11 month rule means that if a date is more than 11 months in the future the date will be assumed to be in the last century. For example in 2009 if a date was entered to be 1/1/10 the date will be expanded to 01/01/1910. Where as if a date was entered to be 1/1/8 the date will be expanded to 01/01/2008.

214000 - Press enter in the 'End Date' field of Clinicians setup table causes the Unverfied and Suspended fields to collapse Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: Press enter in the 'End Date' field of Clinicians setup table causes the Unverfied and Suspended fields to collapse.
After enter is pressed the cursor moves to the Code field. Reselecting in to the 'End Date' expands the Unverified and Suspended fields. Resolution: The Unverified and Suspended fields do not collapse when return is pressed in the End Date field.
200542 - Cannot End Date Radiologist in Staff Tables Reported in: 06.04 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: cturner (chris turner)
Description: Filling in the end date in the staff table for radiologist or Radiographer does not save unless another field is changed at the same time.
If you end-date the radiologist or radiographer in their own setup table this is correctly reflected in the staff table. Resolution: Clinician, radiographer & secretary tabs are refreshed if they are open when changes are made to date in staff table. Incident No. CSC - G150075009
212820 - CRIS writing null to hdstbc.deleted Reported in: 07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: When saving values to a system "Normal" table CRIS is over-writing the default 'N' in hdstbc.deleted, which should be set to not nullable.
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 44 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
Resolution: Now will set deleted to 'N' (not deleted) rather than blank when inserting into the normal table via CRIS setup
215309 - 'Send EDI' field in the Referrers setup table does not display a lookup list. Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: The 'Send EDI' field in the Referrers setup table does not display a lookup list when the field is selected and either F4 is pressed or double clicking with the mouse. The options in the lookup list should be Yes, No or blank for the Send EDI field as there is on the ReferralSource setup table. Resolution: The 'Send EDI' promptfield now has the appropriate prompttable attached.
213178 - Slow opening of staff setup table Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mwarren (Mark Warren)
Description: When opening the staff setup table two queries are made on the iButton table where one of the queries would contain a subset of the data in the other query. Resolution: Opening the staff setup table now only makes one query to the IButton table.
216044 - Format editor slow to load Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)

209711 - Patient traced in PATIENT table but not in HIS Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: cturner (chris turner)
Description: It is possible to mark a patient as traced in the PATIENT table but untraced in the HIS table. Resolution: Incoming message will set the changed flag correctly allowing them to be saved into the database.
4.26 Statistics
211673 - Soft forms need to be queryable in stats. Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: Soft forms need to be queryable in stats. Resolution: It is now possible to query soft forms in stats. The fields are taken from the soft form HSS.DATADICTIONARY by default, although these can be overridden by entering the field into the StatsDatafields table, and they can be turned off by the XR Setting of STATS.IncludeSoftFormDictionary. If the trust does not have a licence to use soft forms the fields will again not be available in stats. Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 47 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
Each form is either attached to an event or an exam and there are now subfolders within these tables in stats, for each form type that is defined for the system in the HSS.DATADICTIONARY soft form data.
213056 - Extracts A, B, and C Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: An Extract C stat is required on the Oracle version, which is equivalent to the old Dataflex stat. Whilst doing this, extracts A and B may as well be created, they are purely smaller versions of the same output. Resolution: The stats called Extract A, Extract B and Extract C that were available in the legacy (Dataflex) version of CRIS have been recreated, with the most appropriate equivalent fields in place of old fields that are no longer used, or that have been superseded by newer ones.
216765 - Tooltip on Save Template button in stats module is grammatically incorrect. Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: The tooltip on the 'Save Template' button in the Selection Options section of the stats module says 'Save the currently selections as a template'. It probably needs to say 'Save the current selections as a template'. Resolution: The tool tip text on the "Save Template" button in the "Selection Options" of stats now reads "Save the current selections as a selection template"
215344 - Selections on normal -> method fields Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: Selections on normal to method fields don't work properly when there is a normal to normal selection first, then an AND selection on the same normal to a method field Resolution: A stat no longer fails to run with an error message, if the selection criteria has one selection between two normal fields, and another selection between the same normal field and a different method field.
214816 - Null checks on numeric selection criteria Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: The null checks are not added to numeric selection criteria when the selection is of the form FIELD < number greater than 0.
Numeric fields can sometimes be null and should be returned as less than a numeric value that is filled in. Resolution: Numeric selection criteria of the form Field < value, did not specifically check for instances of the value in the field being null. Even numeric database fields can be set to null, and so this style of selection now checks for the field being null in the database, as well as the normal value check.

215036 - Foreign field to method field selection Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: Foreign field to method field selection does not work. An error is displayed informing of missing right parenthesis. Resolution: It is now possible to successfully execute a stat with selection criteria based on a foreign field and a method field e.g. foreign field = method field.
214259 - Modifying other users stat templates Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: It is possible to modify other users previously run stats if the current user role has the STATS,UPDATEALL security permission. This however does not allow users to modify other users templates. Currently when attempting to save another users templates, a copy is created for the current user. This needs to be able to overwrite on some occasions, as a stat will soon be able to be assigned to a session. Limiting the user able to modify that stat to only the user who created it will be a limitation that can be avoided. Any user with the security permission should be allowed to overwrite the template, or create a new one, and should be prompted to make a choice about which they require. Resolution: It is now possible for users to edit and overwrite other users stat templates when they have the STATS, UPDATEALL security permission
215506 - Result set size needs to vary on number of fields in query Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: The size of the results that are read and processed in each query of stats is handled by the STATS.ResultSetSize XR Setting. This limits the number of results so that memory usage can be limited, however the number of fields added to the stat also affects the memory usage, in that the more fields added, the more memory is obviously required to store the data.
There should be something which automatically reduces the number of results loaded at once when the number of fields is over a certain amount. So that the memory usage does not climb too high when there are lots of fields in the output, in addition to the existing functionality. Resolution: There is now a new XR Setting of STATS.FieldQuantityLimit which can be used to control the number of results processed in one go by the stats module.
The number entered is the number of fields allowed in the output fields, before the default size of the results is reduced. If there are up to double the amount of fields than the number specified in the XR setting, then half the default results size will be processed at once. Up to triple the fields, and a third of the default results size will be processed at once etc.
This can help reduce memory usage when creating stats with a large number of fields in the output.
200366 - Date functions in stats Reported in: 06.04 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 49 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
Description: We need to be able to apply functions to dates in the statistical reporting module, so they we can search for a date plus or minus a certain number of days. Resolution: It is now possible to apply functions to date selections in the statistical reporting module. This can be done when a selection is performed on two date fields, rather than between a date field and a specific date value.
The functions are of the form operator (+/-) {number} then D for days, W for weeks, M for months and Y for years.
Many functions can be applied at the same time, and with different operators for example
EVENTS.DATE > STAT.END DATE -2Y3M + 1W4D equates to the event date being greater than the stat end date minus 2 years three months plus 1 week and 4 days.
214300 - Today field in stats Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: We need a TODAY field in stats, which users can apply the standard date manipulation functions to. This will allow them to keep the stat templates they create as having selection criteria such as EVENTS.DATE = today -1W etc, in order to get all last weeks attendances, without having to specify the date each time they run the stat. Resolution: There is a new field available in stats which is DATE.Today. It is only available in the available fields of the selection criteria page and can be found at the top of the list next to the Stat start and end date fields. When used in the selection criteria it can be applied in the same way that the rest of the date fields are, and can be manipulated in the same way, using +2Y for example to add 2 years to today's date.
In addition to this, is can be dragged and dropped onto the start and end date fields. If the stat start and end date fields are used in the selection criteria, they will be translated into the current date.
The same manipulations are available when the DATE.Today field has been dragged onto the start or end date fields, meaning the STAT start date could be equal to DATE.TODAY -1W, and there could be a selection criteria of EVENTS.DATE > STAT START DATE -1Y. The SQL query would then return all events that have a date greater than 1 year 1 week ago.
In addition to this the Start Date and End Date fields the are at the top of the available selection fields now display as STAT.Start Date and STAT.End Date so it is a little easier for users to match them up with actual selection criteria.
214735 - Current trust field in statistics Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: It would be useful if there was a current trust field in statistics. This would mean we could fill in the standard templates with the current trust, and as the sites usually run these at a trust level, they wouldn't have to remember to fill in their current trust code on each
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 50 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution template Resolution: There is a new TERMINAL.Current Trust field available in stats. 214857 - Stat selection of foreign field >= blank value gives error Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: Selection criteria of where a foreign field >= blank value gives an error message and does not work. Resolution: A stat with a selection criteria of a foreign field (field actually present in a different table e.g. EVENTS.Referrer Name) can now have selection criteria of >= a blank value, and the stat completes correctly.
214533 - Lists are not available as lookups in stats Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: Any method that returns a List data type is not available a lookup on the stats selections, only Vector and Map data structures currently display correctly as lookups in stats Resolution: List data structures can now be displayed as lookup tables in the stats selection criteria. This has allowed for lookups on fields such as RES_USE.Group and RES_USE.Resource
211839 - Stats selected items GUI improvements Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: The stats fields added to a stat configuration have different display colours, some uneditable fields are a bright blue, whereas some are a grey blue. These should all be the same grey blue colour for text that cannot be edited, to keep these in line with the standard throughout CRIS.
In addition, when a component is selected, it appears to move slightly. It would look much nicer if this did not happen as it appears that the component flickers to the user.
Finally, the components are designed to fit the width of the area they are currently being displayed in. If a scroll bar is added to the component they are being displayed in they do not fit. Also if the whole stats module is resized, the components are not updated to reflect this change in size, and they do not fit as they should. Resolution: All fields added to the selected fields sections in a stats configuration now have the usual blue grey colour for text that cannot be edited.
When highlighting a field from these selected fields, the component is no longer resized.
When the stats window is resized, the components being displayed in the selected fields tree are also resized to match the new width of the allowed displayed area. This is also true when a scroll bar is added or taken away from the component displaying the selected fields.

211697 - GUI memory usage of stats. Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: The stats module can cause CRIS to run out of memory reasonably quickly when adding a large number of available fields, to any of the selected field trees. Resolution: The amount of memory the stat GUI screens use has been greatly reduced. Any number of fields should now be able to be added to a stat report without the system running out of memory.
4.27 Stats Scheduler
213021 - Stats scheduler requires ability to set own private environment parameters Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: The stat's scheduler requires its own private set of session variables derived from the XR set, similar to the more generic GENERAL.AlterDatabaseSession which is client specific. Resolution: The stats scheduler properties are now stored in a SchedulerConfig.xml file in the /u1/cris/intranet/crisgui/scheduler directory on the server. This also includes two additional settings for database connection parameter alterations on the standard scheduler connection (schedulerNewConnectionSqls), and database connection parameter alterations on connections used for executing stats (statExecutionNewConnectionSqls).
4.28 Vetting
200351 - Vetting module Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: A vetting module is needed in CRIS which will allow the user to easily see all the information required to Vet and Justify the exams and then enter some relevant details against the event such as a practitioner, intended radiologist and protocol. Resolution: There is a new vetting module available in CRIS.
The main functionality consists of a vetting list available from the main CRIS screen, which shows events and their vetting status. The list has filters in order to search for certain types of exams in the same way as the other worklists in CRIS do. Events within the list can be assigned to specific vettors by setting the practitioner on the event.
Events can only be vetted by the people with relevant security permissions, and protocols can be selected from a list of trust defined protocols, to assign to an event. Multiple protocols can be selected and it is possible to track the changes in the vetting information filled in against an event.
When vetting an event it is possible to accept, reject, place on hold, or refer the event for a second opinion. Any vetting information entered against the event is displayed as hover help in the appointments diary, or in a new view available in the diary, specifically for viewing the information.

216166 - Justified by in vetting and event details Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: Vetting and justification need to be discrete actions. Need to be able to record who has justified an event. Resolution: It is now possible to mark an event as justified. By doing so this will insert a justification status against the event, and also indicate on the event lists that the event has been justified, up until the point it is post processed.
To justify an event the justify checkbox available on the event info, vetting, request finished, waiting finished, and appointment finished pages needs to be checked, and the event saved.
216509 - Justification should always be possible Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: It should always be possible to justify an event, regardless of the vetting module having been bought. Resolution: It is now possible to justify events via the request finished, waiting finished, and appointment finished pages, even when vetting is not available. The justification status of the event is available on hover help over the first part of the examinations column on an event list, where either the justification, or post processing icons would be placed. If the vetting module is enabled, the vetting status is also available on this hover help.
The justification status and who justified / unjustified an event is also available in the status history of the event.
4.29 Worklists
211893 - Number of overflow exams displayed in the tool tip hover help in the Report Info List does not match the value of the overflow Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mstevenson (Matthew Stevenson)
Description: If the value of the number of overflow exams >> =1 then when the mouse is hovered over the overflow the tool tip displaying the exam code and description is not displayed.
If the value of the number of overflow exams >> =2 then when the mouse is hovered over the overflow the tool tip is displayed with only one exam code and description. If the value of the number of overflow exams >> =3 then when the mouse is hovered over the overflow the tool tip is displayed with only two exam codes and descriptions. It appears that the number of exams displayed in the tool tip is always one less than the overflow value. Resolution: Exams displayed in Report Info List tool tip overflow text now correctly match the displayed quantity.
215048 - Memory leak in session management module Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)

214836 - Dictation priority lookup Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: There is now a lookup on the priority field of the dictation list. This matches the hard coded list of priorities on the dictation page, when assigning a priority to a dictation. The dictation page should use the same lookup as the dictation list. Resolution: The 'Priority' control on the dictation page has now been changed to a 'promptField' with the 'CRISDPRI' table assigned to it. It now falls inline with the corresponding control on the dictation list screen.
216560 - Remove specific add mode when using session management Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: It is not possible to perform an action on an event in session management, once the Add to Session option has been used. In order to be able to select an event and perform an action on it e.g. dictate, after adding an event to a session, the module needs to be closed and restarted. This is very inconvenient if a user is running through a reporting session, and they wish to add it to a interesting cases session for example. Resolution: It is now possible to select an action to be performed on an event in the session management module, even after the add to session button has been used in the main CRIS screen. This would previously have forced the session management module to be an "Add Events" mode, and would not have allowed a different event in the session to be reported, dictated, vetted, or selected into CRIS, without first closing down the session management module and reopening it.
When dictating, reporting, vetting or sending an event from the session management module to the main CRIS application, and there are events that have not been added to a session, a warning message is displayed to inform the user that there are events that have not yet been added to a session.
214382 - Automatically load next event in session management Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: It would be nice if the sessions module could automatically display the next event like the report info list can do. Resolution: There is now a default button in the session management module, which is dependant on the mode the user is in, e.g. Reporting mode means the report button becomes the default.
Double clicking on an event in a session will now perform the default action.
When the patient has been loaded into CRIS, pressing F5 will clear the CRIS screen and bring the session management module to the front, with the same event selected and with the default button focused, as long as the session management module was open at the time of the clear.
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 55 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
When the patient is loaded from the session management module and the screen is cleared due to the normal workflow, e.g. the report is completed, the next event is automatically loaded from the list as long as the Auto Load button is selected in the session management module. If the Auto Load button is not selected, the session management module is brought to the front of the screen and the default button highlighted. The only exceptions to this auto loading the next event are when the default action cannot be performed on an event (e.g. the next event is a request not an attendance, and the default action is report) or there are no more events in the list on the session.
The auto loading of the next event can be turned on / off entirely by the SESSIONS.AutoLoadNextEventAvailable XR Setting.
216855 - Report Info List skipping reported exams Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: On the unreported tab of the report info list there is an option to auto load the next event from the list. This option automatically skips over exams that are currently open by another user. It should also skip over events that have been reported by another user while the current list has been displayed. Resolution: Two or more users on the same Report Info unreported list with "Auto select next event" selected should progress down the list without picking up the other users reports that have been typed. Also to pick up any previously locked and skipped reports at the end of the users list if the reports are now untyped and unlocked. This should happen even if the XRSetting REPORT.AutoRefreshUnreportedList is set to No.
216211 - Unprocessed list Action/Unaction button colour Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: The Action/Unaction buttons on the unprocessed worklist are coloured as if they are the default button when they are not. Resolution: Now only the "Process" button in Unprocessed List tab has the default button shading
214543 - Not performed events on unreported list Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: Events that are marked as not performed should be displayed on the unreported list. Resolution: Not performed exams should now appear in the unreported list
215767 - Report Info List skipping reported events. Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: On the unreported tab of the report info list there is an option to auto load the next event from the list. This option automatically skips over exams that are currently open by another user. It should also skip over events that have been reported by another user while the
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 56 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution current list has been displayed. Resolution: Two users on the same Report Info unreported list with "Auto select next event" selected should progress down the list without picking up the other users reports that have been typed. Also to pick up any previously locked and skipped reports at the end of the users list if the reports are now untyped and unlocked.
215665 - Unreported check box labels Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: The Include dictated / Include Unprocessed options on the unreported list do not fit on 1024 screen while doing a long search or if you press stop on a long refresh. Resolution: No screen corruption occurs at 1024 x 768 when the 'Unreported' list is refreshed then stopped during a long refresh process.
215613 - Sessions manager refresh button Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: The sessions and sessions manager pages need a refresh option to redisplay from the database. Resolution: There is now a refresh button on the session management page, the sessions page, and the copy to session page, which will refresh the list of sessions based on the filter criteria entered, and also refresh the event list of the currently selected session.
To accommodate this change the button has been moved from the list of options on the session management screen to a "Sessions" sub menu, which is present when right clicking on an event in the sessions event list.
212027 - Event highlighting on unprocessed list Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: The daylist highlights events that have not been post processed with green if they attended less than 30 minutes ago. If they attended more than 30 minutes ago they are highlighted in red. If they have been post processed they are left with the standard background colour (white) It would be useful if the same highlighting was also applied to the unprocessed list. Resolution: 'Unprocessed' table now has the same display characteristics as the 'Day List' table, i.e. events attended < 30mins ago are displayed in green and events attended more than 30mins ago are displayed in red.
213719 - Events do not sort by date correctly Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: On lists of events where the date is displayed, if the list is ordered by that column, it is not correctly sorted into the displayed date order, it still appears to be a random order. Resolution: The event lists are now correctly sorted into date order when ordering the table on the "Date" column.

214919 - Inefficient SQL when changing order of events in a session Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: When changing the order of events in a session, it takes a long time to save the changes when the session is saved, as all events are individually updated when the save button is pressed.
At the moment this has to be done as multiple events could have been moved to different places, however this could be speeded up by saving the order each time an event is moved. This would mean only two statements should need to be executed, one to set the new order on the event being moved, and another to either increment or decrement the events between the current position and the new position by one. Resolution: The order of events in a session is now saved whenever a user drags and drops an event to a different position in the list. This means that we only need to update the order on the events that have moved position on each drag and drop, and we can do this in two SQL statements rather than 1 for each event in the list. This improves the length of time taken to re position an event in a session significantly.
214918 - Speed of removing multiple events from a session Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: When removing multiple events from a session in the session management module, it can take a long time to complete the process, as 3 SQL statements are executed for each event. Resolution: It is now much quicker to remove a large number of events from a session.
212528 - Automatically Populate Session From Stat Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: It should be possible to link a session to a stat and then run the stat to populate the session. Resolution: A stat template can now be linked to a session. When a session has a stat key assigned to it, a "List" button replaces the "Import" button. The "Import" button is now only available when the session does not have a linked stat. The linked stat report must be able to run successfully without having to enter any additional information other than start and end dates.
Pressing list on a session with a stat that has all required dates defined will run and populate the stat. Pressing list on a session that has selection criteria dependant on the stat start date or stat end date will popup an additional dialog showing the user the selection criteria of the stat with the start and end date criteria highlighted, and it will also allow the start date and end date to be specified. These dates are filled in by default with whatever the start and end date fields of the stat template are currently saved as.
A stat template cannot be deleted if it is currently linked to a session, and an information message is displayed informing the user of this, if they do try to delete one.
When loading a stat that is linked to a session, a warning message is displayed informing the
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 58 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution user that the stat is linked to a session and any changes made will affect the behaviour of a session.
When adding an event to a session populated by a stat, a confirmation message is displayed informing the user that the session is populated by a stat and the event being added may well be removed from the session the next time the list button is pressed.
When the list button is pressed a progress indicator is displayed showing an indeterminate amount of time remaining. During this period the session management module will be disabled, and not allow any form of user input, however the user can continue working in the remainder of CRIS. There is a cancel button below the progress bar which can be used to halt the populating of the session if the user wishes to do so for any reason.
214477 - Resource List Printing Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: A stat needs to be created in order to print the resource list. Resolution: It is now possible to print the resource list. When pressing the print button a stat is run which will print out the exams in the list on screen, that have resources against them. The print out may not tally exactly with the list on screen, as an event that has two exams with only one that has any resources assigned to it, will appear on screen and both exams will be counted, however only the exam with the resource will be included in the printout.
210937 - Cannot reload the last patient from the dictation list. Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: Cannot reload the last patient from the dictation list. Resolution: It is now possible to press F9 from within any field on the main CRIS application screen, and reload the last loaded patient, as long as there is not a patient currently loaded. Previously the focus had to be in the patient search boxes at the top of the screen for the F9 key press to work.
211924 - Ability to add orders to sessions Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: sjennings (Steven Jennings)
Description: There is currently no way of adding an order to a session. As part of the vetting module, orders will need to be added to a session. Resolution: It is now possible to add orders to a session, when doing so the order will be turned into a CRIS request with the default request received status.
213754 - Department filter on worklists Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: Add a department filter to the day list, appointments and unprocessed worklists. Resolution: Now there is a new department filter on the day list, appointments and unprocessed worklists.

211872 - Hover help on dictation list for reported by. Reported in: HEAD Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: mcarter (Mick Carter)
Description: It would be useful to have some hover help on the dictation list to show information about the dictation that is not currently available on the dictation list, such as the reporters name. Resolution: A "Reported by xxxx" tool text hover help will pop up when pausing the cursor over a line in the table in the dictation list "Dictated" tab.
211889 - Losing focus off records in the Report Info List does not disable Change, Report , Dictate and Print Report buttons Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: gglover (Gary Glover)
Description: When the Report Info List is loaded the Change, Report, Dictate and Print Report buttons are disabled. They remain disabled until a row is selected in either of the Unverified, Suspended and Unreported tabs. When the list of records are Refreshed (Refresh All or Refresh) the list is returned to no records being selected on refresh in any of the Unverified, Suspended and Unreported tabs. The Change, Report, Dictate and Print Report buttons remain enabled until clicking off the current tab that has focus to one of the other two tabs. The buttons should be disabled when the refresh occurs until a record has been selected. Resolution: When the table is refreshed on any of the 'Unverified', 'Suspended', or 'Unreported' tabs, the relevant action buttons are disabled until a selection on the table is made.
210723 - Reported by in report info list profiles Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: 2.09.10a Resolved by: bcarroll (Ben Carroll)
Description: Need to include the reported by field in the report info list filter profiles. Resolution: Report info list profiles now also store 'reported by', 'Show Selected', 'Show Unallocated' and 'Show All'.

5.2 Known Issue Details
5.2.1 Dashboard
217326 - Radiologists appear in inconsistent order when refreshing All Unverified Reports Chart Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: When refreshing the above widget, the order of the displayed clinicians changes.
5.2.2 Diary
216923 - Using Diary changed pad and search forward. Reported in: 2.09.10
Description: If a user selects an exam on the diary changed pad and presses the search forward option the changed appointment values are not reflected in the displayed details for the exam on the changed pad. This use case is not an expected way of using CRIS.
5.2.3 Event Details
218039 - Integrity constraint error when attempting to move an event Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: If an attendance is attempted to be moved from one patient to another, and the event is in a volume with other events, an integrity constraint error is thrown as the volume key for the event is attempted to be set to 0, which is not a valid volume key
217945 - Exam summary incompatible between versions Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: The 2.09.10 examsummary is incompatible with 06.12 and 2.07.12 versions of the application. Running a 06.12 or 2.07.12 client against the 2.09.10 examsummary causes every event to have a dictation icon on the event list.
217591 - Cancel reason is not always validated Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: The HL7 spec states that the cancel reason should not exceed 200 characters. Rejecting a request will check the length of the text being inserted in to the ORDERS.CANCEL_REASON field. However, cancelling a request does not check the length of this text.
5.2.4 Interfaces
216972 - Unclosed connection in patient manager
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 64 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
Reported in: 06.12
Description: Interfaces can fail to save patient because the hospital number is assigned to an existing CRIS patient. This results in an unclosed connection.
213321 - CRIS not closing PACS images Reported in: 06.12
Description: In some instances CRIS does not close the images in PACS. When the user is reporting, when they click verify or finish, the PACS viewer does not receive a DTI message. This is not a problem when working through a worklist, as the viewer opens the next patient's images. But when they get to the end, or verify an individual patient's report, the images are left on the screen.
5.2.5 Menu Options
216528 - Message available warning Reported in: 2.07.12
Description: The messages available warning on the toolbar can show that there are unread messages when there are none.
5.2.6 Other
214770 - Not possible to revert changes to Options/Theme Reported in: 06.12 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: The default option select in Theme is Metal, but clicking on it changes the theme distinctly. It is not possible to revert to the default theme without restarting CRIS.
Additionally, changes to the theme are not stored as a user preference. It is unlikely users will change the theme manually every time they start or use CRIS. Thus it is probably a useless feature.
217857 - When requesting a porter on a new event in 1027 X 764 with 7 print document names the dates fields are squashed Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: The dates box on the request finished page is squashed, when in 1024 x 768 with 7 print doc names, in the request (porter) tab from event details tab. Also the doc names fall off the bottom of the screen perhaps but the whole tab in a scroll pane.
5.2.7 Patient
217449 - Error in console when name validation fails Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: HEAD
Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 65 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
Description: Entering a forename or surname that fails validation checks causes an exception to be displayed in the console.
5.2.8 Printing
215260 - EDD and Anatomy date should not be printed if foetal heartbeat is not seen Reported in: Fixed in: HEAD
Description: Users do not want the EDD or anatomy scan date to print on obstetric reports if the foetal heartbeat is not seen.
5.2.9 Reporting
217920 - End dated museum code selection Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: End dated museum codes can be selected and saved in the report finished page without warning.
216839 - No Scan reason error Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: There is now a facility to change an obstetric report to plain text. However if you do this and then change it back to an obs report and then back to plain text again you cant save the report without getting an error message.
5.2.10 Self Check In
216785 - Confirmation message appear after change has been saved in Auto Check in Admin Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: Make a change in General tab of Auto Check in Admin screen, select Save. Then select Done, 'Changed Field' message is displaying 'Are you sure you wish to clear without saving? (Qty questions has changed).
5.2.11 Sessions (MDT)
217448 - Resend pre-admit from sessions module Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: Resending a pre-admit message via the sessions module does not send the message until the session start date. It should send the message straight away.
217477 - Integrity constraint violation in session management Last Updated: HSS 08/04/2018 Healthcare Software Systems – Commercial in Confidence Page 66 of 68 The Radiology Information Solution
Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: If a session has a site and venue at that site set, the site can be changed without the venue field being blanked out. Pressing save then causes an integrity constraint to be violated as the venue does not exist at the specified site. It is possible to continue once a valid venue for the new site is selected, but the venue should be blanked out when the site changes.
5.2.12 Setup Tables
217588 - Changing security access changes parent group Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: Changing the access value of an inherited security setting should not update the access of the setting in the group it is inherited from. Instead the modified security setting should be added to the group being modified with the chosen access value.
If the access of an inherited security setting is modified with the keyboard and enter is not pressed then the security setting will be updated in the parent group.
5.2.13 Spine
215756 - Override dissent screens are not displayed on orders Reported in: 2.07.12 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: If a patient is loaded with an order that has restricted details as they have not consented to data sharing, pressing change on the order displays the details, without displaying any override consent screens.
5.2.14 Statistics
217081 - EXAM Modality F4 lookup not available. Reported in: 2.09.10 Fixed in: HEAD
Description: In statistics the F4 prompt for EXAMS Modality field does not show modality codes.
