Dear Parents/Guardians:
Listed below are the supplies your child will need in September to start off the year in Kindergarten. 1 Large White Eraser 4 Pencils – Dixon is a good brand 2 packages of Crayola Brand Crayons - 8 in a pack (no fluorescent crayons please) 2 large Glue Sticks 1 Pair of Scissors (plastic handles with metal tips) 1 Pair of Indoor Sneakers (Velcro closing is strongly recommended if your child is unable to tie shoelaces). Please label as these will stay in the locker. 4 Exercise Books (no spiral bound or small exercises) 1 School Bag (large enough to hold exercises and art projects) 1 Lunch Container 1 Paint Shirt (an old shirt from home will do – please label) 4 GLAD LARGE Zipper Freezer Bags (do not label) 2 Boxes of Tissues a change of clothes (to be left in the locker, in case of “an accident”)
Please put your child’s name on ALL items, except the baggies.

*2 plastic erasers *2 boxes of pencils (20 – 24 pencils) – Dixon is a good brand *Pencil sharpener *8 large glue sticks in September (Ross Stick or LePage) *2 pairs of Scissors (good quality metal) *Pencil case (large soft-sided case with a zipper) *Crayons (Maximun of 24 in a box – Crayola) *Indoor sneakers 12 exercise books - non-coiled (Please do not write names on them) 3 boxes of tissues 1 packages of plastic spoons a change of clothes (to be left in the locker, in case of an “accident”) 1 Box drinking straws
No binders or mechanical pencils, please. Please label only the starred (*) items above.
