Wednesday A Pre-Event Pool Party Night 20.00 - Late Welcome – We’ll meet, chill & dance – Beach party style Join us in the Luna Beach Club for the evening

Thursday A Welcome Dance Party Night 15.00 – 18.00 Welcome & registration – With some chill social dancing Registration & all dancing is in the Moonlight Cabaret Ballroom

Friday 10.00 – 13.00 Workshops – With Fred, Dee & Ria

14.00 – 16.00 SundanceOholics : Informal Social Dancing

Monday/Tuesday No dancing – But we’re hoping to find some places to go locally on the Monday evening to play (& maybe we will find a dance floor out there somewhere !!!! ) – Do your own thing on the Tuesday  You will receive lots of hotel complex & local information when you check-in

You can register from 5.00pm on your day of arrival (But you might get lucky earlier than that so just check when you arrive) – Check-out is noon on your departure day. The apartments have daily cleaning service (except kitchen) and change of towels - Change of linen is twice per week. You will receive a current update on the hotel facilities & programme on arrival - There are also lots of excursions available (To towns, amusement/water parks, zoos, shows, boat trips & other varied attractions)

Don’t worry about registering for the event – Just catch up with Pauline sometime/somewhere 

A taxi from the rank is the quickest & easiest way & costs around 30€ - There is a much cheaper train option - But I’d save up the taxi fare it’s so much easier !!  ..... Fun Easy & Informal Themes All optional 

On Sunday Evening Theme - Funny Shirts  Please pay in the balance of your booking If you’ve not already done so could you please arrange payment of the balance of your fee – Should you wish to pay by Paypal or Card you can pay Awesome Linedancing (5% transaction fee) - Apologies for the need to increase the event apartment cost because of the significantly adverse exchange rate caused by Brexit

Seating arrangements There will be no need to queue for tables as these will be allocated to your party and you will keep these places for the whole weekend
