Our company makes the most delicious all natural homemade ice cream. We would like to begin a new program at our stores called “Flavor of the Month” to help generate more sales during the colder winter months. We need your help in determining which flavor we should start with. Our goal is to increase sales and profits for our company during these months. We would like for your team to develop a step-by-step procedure for ranking our most popular flavors to determine which one is the least expensive to make but will provide the greatest profit.

We also ask that you develop a step-by-step procedure for ranking the popular flavors to determine which one we should provide as our Flavor of the Month.

Again, we would like you to consider the following criteria when developing your procedures: nutrition information, seasonal availability, and number of students who liked the flavor by calculating the percent results. Also consider the decimal cost per serving and remaining profit of every $1.00.
