Content Introduction of new Volvo Transmission Oil 97342. It will replace Volvo Transmission Oil 97340 (Dexron III/Allison C4). The new oil is also valid for power steering PSS-DUAL.

The new oil will be factory filled in the new generation Powertronic PT2106 and PT2606.

Advantages compared to current Volvo Transmission Oil 97340:

- Improved friction for better shift comfort. - Improved lubricant stability enabling extension of oil change intervals to 200.000 km / 2 years (also applicable to older Powertronic versions). - First filter change at 10.000 km removed.

This new transmission oil must be used for PT2106 / Pt2606. This new transmission oil can be used for other powertronic gearboxes. This new transmission oil is not valid for gearbox AL306
