Dear Fundraising Coordinator:

Did you know that you can RAISE MONEY for your school, non-profit club and organization just by dining at The Pizza Press? Your organization can hold a fundraiser event and a percentage of your pre-tax event sales will be donated to your organization.

Here is how it works:

1. Give us a call or stop by our restaurant to schedule a date and time for your fundraiser. Events should be set up 30 days in advance to allow enough time to distribute flyers and promote the event.

2. A fundraiser flyer will be created and emailed to you. You can then email and hand out as many flyers as possible to members, family, friends and co-workers. Talk it up! It’s an opportunity to raise money and treat yourself to a delicious meal at The Pizza Press at the same time.

3. During the scheduled event, everyone participating in the fundraiser must present their fundraiser flyer to the cashier when ordering. At the end of the event, each guest check with a redeemed flyer will be added together (pre-tax) and a pre-established percentage of the sales will be donated back to your organization (excludes alcoholic beverages).

4. Please understand that flyers cannot be handed out in the parking lot, restaurant or vicinity!

5. 5 to 7 days after the event, your organization will receive a fundraising check from The Pizza Press.
