New membership declaration/Participation declaration Regular member in accordance with § 3 Sect. 1 By-law; §§ 15, 15 a and 15 b GenG (Associations Act)
1. New membership
The new member declares his membership in European Qualification Alliance SCE mit beschränkter Haftung (Municipal Court of Bonn, Association registration 396), to be as follows:
Individual membership, § 3 Sect. 1a) (Contribution on a share to the amount of 1,000 Euro). The member has received a copy of the by-laws in their current applicable version.
Corporate membership as a company/corporation/partnership/organization § 3 Sect. 1b) und 1c) (Contribution on five shares to the amount of 1,000 Euro each). The member has received a copy of the by-laws in their current applicable version.
2. Assumption of additional shares
The new member further declares that he will participate with ...... additional shares, i.e. a total of ………. shares in the association in addition to the shares set out in Item 1.
3. Undertaking
The new member undertakes to pay the contributions on the share(s) owed according to the law and the necessary additional contributions for satisfaction of the creditors up to the liability amount set out in the by-laws.

A copy of his I.D. card as for individual membership A copy of the (Commercial) Register excerpt and copy of the legal representative’s I.D. card for corporate membership.
The new member must immediately report any changes of his personal information to EQA SCE (§ 12 lit d) of the by-laws.
