Entry Fee: $200.00 per Team Entry Fee (Money orders only) Payable to: Texas ASA District 17

Entry Deadline: Friday, June 8th, 2007

Roster: Must be filled out completely and signed by your District Commissioner. A copy of all players birth certificate is required.

Tournament Draw: Will be conducted on Tuesday, June 12 th at the Wilson Park Recreation Center, 2205 Curtis B. Elliott Drive. 254-298-5740, 6:00pm Managers do not have to attend. We will call or email game times.

Mgrs. Meeting: Will be held on Friday June 15 th , 2:00 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1749 Scott Blvd. All teams must have a representative at the meeting.

Opening Ceremonies: 5:30 pm, Friday, June 15th A.J. Mercer Complex All teams to be present and dressed in uniform.

Tournament Rules

Rules: The 2007 ASA rule book will govern ALL games.

Uniforms: Must be alike in color, pants and shorts can be mixed but be alike in color. Exposed sliding pants and under shirts must be the same color. No plastic visors or bandanas.

Game Time: Scheduled game time is forfeit time.

Format: Will be double elimination format.

Time Limit: All games will be 1 hour and 30 minutes, except Championship and “if” game.

Run Rule: 8 after 5 innings (all games) 15 after 3 innings (all games)

Line-ups: Line-ups are to be turned in to the official scorekeeper 15 minutes before game time on the official line-up card.

Protest: Protests must comply with ASA Rule 9. Protest will Be decided prior to the next pitch. Umpire judgment are not grounds for protest.

Home Team: Will be decided by a coin flip.

Infield Practice: No infield practice on game fields.

Game Ball: Game balls will be provided by Worth.
