Bernard 36 Jones; and 37 38 Whereas, special recognition should be given to Headmaster 39 Frederick B. Moulton, Wilson Hall Board of Trustees members 40 Pete Wright, Chairman, Susie Reynolds, Caroline DuRant, Porter 41 Thompkins, Clarke Bynum, Ann Calloway, Linda Crabbe, Ellen 42 Hill, Anthony Hoefer, George C. James, Jr., Joe McElveen, and
1 [5111] 1 1 Burke Watson, Jr., and the faculty, staff, students, parents, and 2 community for supporting the team throughout its championship 3 season; and 4 5 Whereas, it is fitting and proper for the members of the General 6 Assembly to pause in their deliberations to recognize the Wilson 7 Hall “Barons” Varsity Baseball Team for completing a remarkable 8 season. Now, therefore, 9 10 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate 11 concurring: 12 13 That the members of the South Carolina General Assembly, by this 14 resolution, extend their congratulations to the Wilson Hall 15 “Barons” Varsity baseball team for an outstanding season and on 16 capturing the 2000 SCISAA 3A State Baseball Championship. 17 18 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to 19 the players and coaches of the Wilson Hall “Barons” Varsity 20 Baseball Team. 21 ----XX----
