Project is located at Karnal Meerut Road, Haryana, India. 70 TPD capacity for dry milling of Corn, Rice and Gram. Besan (Gram flour) production of 3MT per hour.  (June 2009 – Feb 2010) Sr . Manager (Operations) in an International Project of Favorich Agro Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore (IND). Project is located at Mirzapur, Sherpur, Bogra, Bangladesh. A joint venture project with Mahashakti Trade International Pvt. Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh of 70 TPD capacity for dry milling of Corn, Rice and Gram. Besan (Gram flour) production of 3MT per hour.  (Feb`2008 – June`2009) Plant Manager in Favorich Agro Pvt. Ltd. at Karnal Unit, Located at Meerut Road, Karnal, Haryana (IND). Project designed for production of 7MT per hour of Corn Grit, Rice Grit, Gram Grit, and Gram Flour & Mixed Flour. The plant is supplying all its products to Lays Division (Pepsico), Haldirams, ITC and many local customers.  (Nov`2006 – Jan`2008) Manager (Quality Assurance) in Favorich Agro Pvt. Ltd., Nelamangla, Bangalore (IND). Has served as Quality-In-Charge of all the factoris of Favorich Group throughout India. Has taken care of erection of Gram Milling unit at Nagpur, Corn Milling unit at Karnal during the period as additional charge.  (Sept`2005 – Oct`2006) Engineer (Quality Assurance) in Roxy Roller Flour Mills Pvt. Ltd., Hoskote, Bangalore (IND). Looking after raw material, product quality and quality assurance.

JOB PROFILE  Plant erections & commissioning as per design.  Implementation of Production & Quality Plans.  Cost estimation, Budgeting & Cost cutting.  Imports and exports norms for logistics of raw materials & finished products as per the plant location country.  New Plant Setup & Staff Trainings.  Design & Implementation of formats for Management Information System.  Finalizations of raw material standards and purchase of raw material, Local purchase.  Package design.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  Verification of Mill design, Mill erection, commissioning, Mill trial & Productions.  Product development, Product R & D, Packaging Development.  National & International Logistics.  Export documentation.  Quality Control and Production Format designing, SOP and SSOP design and Implementations.  Export goods package design, material procurement, packaging, container stuffing/loading & Logistics.  Sample preparation, Product development and required coordination with the Parties.  Raw Material & Packaging Material Procurements.  Staff interiews, selections, training in Laboratory and Milling depts. of all mills.  Purchase negotiations, major maintenance purchases.  Quality-control of Raw materials, Packaging material and Finished goods.  Responsible for all GMP, GDP, ISO and HACCP.  Responsible as Maintenance-chief of all mills.

1  Plant hygiene setup like installation of Insect Killers, Strip & Air Curtains, Pest Control Measures, cleaning and Good house keeping measures up to Food safety and Quality standards.  Plant safety and Hygiene.  ISO & HACCP certification.

PROJECTS HANDLED 1. Tirupati Balaji Mills Pvt Ltd., Neora, Tilda- Raipur erected and commissioned by me in 2007. The mill is having a production capacity of 3 MT Rice/Corn grits per hour. 2. Favorich Agro Pvt Ltd., Nagpur. Erected by me in 2007. The unit is having a production capacity of 1 Mt per hour for Gram Grits. And Besan unit is also installed based on a separate 1 mt capacity. 3. Favorich Agro Pvt Ltd., Karnal. - Erected ( Still to be commissioned) in 2008. The plant is having the production capacity of Corn Grits- 3mt, Rice Grits-3mt, Gram Grits-1mt, Besan- 1mt based on centrifugal. 4. Ishika Roller Flour Mills Pvt Ltd., Manesar, Gurgaon, HARYANA – The mill was erected in 2008. The mill is having the production capacity of 3mt Corn Grits + 3Mt Rice Grits per hour. 5. Mahashakti Trade International Pvt. Ltd., Mirzapur, Sherpur, Bogra, Bangladesh – Dry milling of Corn, Rice & Gram. Combined capacity of 7mt per hour. 6. Sanjeev Agro Private Ltd., Khanna, Punjab – Dry Rice & Corn Milling for manufacturing of Rice Grits for snack foods manufacturing. This mill is of 6mt per hour grit production. A state of production facility matching International Norms.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Completed “Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology” in 2005, F.E.T. R.B.S. College, Bichpuri-Campus, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow with 60% marks.

PROJECT UNDERTAKEN Worked on the project “Manufacture, Processing and Nutritional aspects of Beer” from malts + adjuncts in the presence of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.
