1. The premises should be located in a prominent location on main Road with NOC for commercial usage from competent authority. 2. Area required for the leased premises is 60 -100 sq ft on ground floor for each of the above ATMs. 3. Interested parties who have clear title of property may submit their offer under 2 covers Super scribed as “TECHNICAL BID” and “PRICE BID” respectively. 4. Technical bid should contain the details of the specification of the premises & photographs of premises. 5. Price bid shall contain nothing but rental aspect of the premises without any condition. 6. Cost of the bid amount is Rs.2000/- which is non refundable. The amount should be remitted by way of demand draft favouring ‘Vijaya Bank’ and payable at Delhi. Demand draft should be enclosed in the Technical Bid. 7. Last date for submission of bid: Before 3.00 P.M. Date: 31.01.2017 8. Offer of technical bid and price bid submitted in the same cover will not be entertained. It should be submitted in two covers separately.
