Incoming 12 th Grade Seniors- Back to Business Day for the 2017-18 School Year

Thursday, August 31, 2017 Time: 8 AM-1 PM Attend anytime during the open hours. What happens during orientation? Students will take care of Back-To-School Business items. You can save time by paying for items online and just print out your receipt. Students will get ASB/ID cards, take their student photos, pay fines/fees, pick up their laptops, and make other school purchases. To pay online go to Parent Access .

What should students bring?

 Bring your online receipt and save time! If you are not paying online, bring cash or two separate checks- one for ASB items and one for Curriculum items. (See chart below for amounts.)

 Bring the Lifetouch school photo online receipt if ordering photos.

 Bring Signed Laptop Agreement so students can pick up their laptop.

School Photos & ID/ASB Cards- All students must get their photo taken and receive an ID or ASB card. ASB Cards are $50 and they are required to participate in sports, attend ASB functions and join ASB clubs. Photos can be ordered online LifeTouch Photo. Purchase is not required.

Parking and Off Campus Pass – Please read before you complete the forms online below.

Please make sure to complete the online permission forms for Eastlake Parking and Off Campus Passes PRIOR to sending your student in for their Back To Business Day 8/29-8/31. If these permissions are not completed when your student arrives, they will not be given a Parking Permit or an Off Campus Pass. Additionally, all fines must be cleared in order to receive a Parking Permit and/or Off Campus Pass. If your student has a fine, please have them return the fine items or pay the fine online with Parent Access.

Parking Permits- If your student will be driving and parking on campus you must complete the Online Parking Form. Payment of $55 can be paid online or in person. Parking Permits will be issued during Orientation ONLY if the online permission form is completed in advance. We will not have time or space to allow students or parents to complete the form at school. Parking Permits can also be purchased throughout the year. All fines must be paid to purchase a Parking Permit. Second Semester Parking Permits are $28 and can be purchased the first day of the second semester- usually near the end of January. We do not pro-rate parking permits at any point during the year.

Off Campus Passes- Parents who plan to give their students permission to leave campus for lunch must complete the online application Online Form for Off Campus Permit Link Complete this application before your orientation date so that students can pick up their ID/ASB cards with the Off Campus notation. Or, if you prefer- it can be done any time during the school year. There is no fee for an Off- Campus Pass, but students must meet the attendance and grade requirements for Off Campus Passes and must have all fines paid. Please see the application for details.

Laptop Info- Students need to bring in their signed Laptop Agreement Form to pick up their laptop during Orientation.

PE Shirts- If you student will have a PE class at EHS, then they will need an official EHS PE shirt. Check with your student if you are not sure if they registered for a PE class. All PE classes require PE shirts. Students can wear their own shorts/sweats/pants. Shirts are $7 and can also be purchased throughout the year- either online or at the Bookkeeper Window. Yearbooks- will be available for purchase at the beginning of the year for $65. We will again accept purchases in December and January for $65. Our final sales period will be at the end of the year, selling only any extra books. To guarantee you receive a yearbook, purchase early!
