Adoption of Minutes from the February 26, 2013 Meeting A motion to approve the minutes was made by Janice Genova and and seconded by Krystyna Dix.
2. FOBA Chair’s Report (Valerie Devine for John Grassby) o The Canada Revenue Agency has accepted and filed the FOBA Constitution and By-Laws (see Appendix A).
3. FOBA Treasurer’s Report (Anne Walsh) o Balance in the FOBA account is approximately $15,300. We have committed approximately $13,000 for the LCDs and approximately $1,000 for the FOBA/CSAC insurance. o Ceiling Mounts and LCD projectors - Mr. Della Mora is getting quotes for this work, from the following companies: Galati, State Group, Pudiak Bear, Commerce Electrical. FOBA/CSAC has committed $13,000 for 12 ceiling mounts and 6 LCD projectors o Smart Boards - someone asked if we could get Smart Boards instead of LCD projectors, and Mr. Della Mora said that Smart Boards are more expensive o See APPENDIX B
4. Miscellaneous o QSP - The most recent cheque we received was for $14.75. Jill Maslanka, the QSP sales representative will be attending the next FOBA meeting and will have 10 minutes on the Agenda to talk about QSP.
5. Adjournment A motion to adjourn was made by Maureen Gomes and seconded by Janice Genova. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.. - 2 -
