Test Accommodations for Candidates with a Documented Disability  Requires mail registration if requesting test accommodations (refer to disabilities - www.ets.org/sls)  UCM Testing Services provides accommodated testing when approved by Educational Testing Services. Candidates who need the use of a table and/or chair, who have medical needs, or who need frequent restroom breaks are required to obtain approved accommodations from ETS prior to the test date.

YES….use your social security number to ensure you are credited with the correct score.

Test Day Information  Do NOT bring a cell phone, or electronic equipment, food, drink, candy, gum, paper, books, mechanical pencils, etc. You will not be admitted to the test room if you bring these items.
