Message from the Headteacher

Trinity News (30th March 2012)

Message from the Headteacher. Congratulations to Year 3 and 4 for a very successful and highly enjoyable curriculum evening last Wednesday. Well done to all the children and staff. This was the first time we have organised a show of this kind and we have received very positive feedback so far. If you have any feedback please put this on the Parent Questionnaire in the additional comments section (see attached). Thank you also for all your support for Sports Relief. The children had a fantastic day and we raised some money for charity as well. Thanks to Mr Jones for organising this. When we return to school it will be PSHE month. You should have received a letter about an activity we would like all our families to take part in yesterday. In addition we have a skipping workshop and team-building activities for the children to take part in, see events below. As we finish school for Easter I would like to wish you all a lovely break and a very happy Easter. We look forward to seeing you back on Tuesday April 17th. Sarah Chaloner

Parent Questionnaire. It is again time to ask for you to complete our parent questionnaire. During this term last year we had a very positive response to the OFSTED questionnaire so we have used this and made a few additions relevant to our school. I have been completing pupil questionnaires with groups of children across the school and they have shown a very positive response and some excellent ideas and suggestions!

Theme months. I hope you are keeping up with our theme months which so far have been very successful. The remaining ones for this year are: April PSHE May Art June Music July History

Mother Jane’s Sabbatical. As you may be aware Mother Jane will be away for most of next term on her sabbatical. During this time our Vice Chair of Governors, Ted Clark, will be taking over as Chair of Governors and Rev. Carole Selby will be supporting with church and religious matters. We all wish Mother Jane a successful time. Events – Summer Term.
