AGENCY (LIST THE KEY LESSONS LEARNED FROM THIS PROJECT): Comments: 1) Technical issues with each phase caused the subsequent phases to be pushed back further and further. Not enough time was allocated between the three projects (.NET, CFT and AFT/WDT) to allow for resolving problems before going on to the next phase. 2) The CFT project was prematurely implemented and caused a lot of problems that had to be resolved after going live. 3) Overlapping projects made it difficult for developers vying for the same resources.
