On page 2, line 5, after "charges" insert "in accordance with usual and customary charges for towing or storing" and On page 2, line 5, delete "due on"; and On page 2, line 13, after "charges" insert "in accordance with usual and customary charges"; and On page 2, line 14, after "possession." insert "Prior to payment of fees and release of a vehicle, a towing or storage company shall not refuse the right of physical inspection of the towed vehicle by the owner or an insurance company representative. Release of the vehicle shall occur to the owner or insurance company representative upon payment and consent of the release from the owner. Each additional service shall be set forth individually as a single line item in the bill with an explanation and the exact charge for the service."; and On page 3, line 5, after "information" insert "or to a person's employment or business"; and On page 3, line 11, delete ".", and insert "':" in lieu thereof; and On page 3, line 14, delete "and"; and On page 3, line 16, delete "." and insert "; and" in lieu thereof; and On page 3, between lines 16 and 17 insert the following: " (h) Child restraint systems or child booster seats."; and
