Alex Boyer Was Born September 30, 1963 at Mountain View, Missouri the Son of James Boyer

Alex Boyer was born September 30, 1963 at Mountain View, Missouri the son of James Boyer and Edna (Holloway) Boyer. He passed away on Wednesday, March 21 2007 at St. JohnÕs Hospital in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 43 years.

Alex was united in marriage to Lisa Bellew on April 22, 1982 in Birch Tree, MO and to this union three children were born.

Alex was preceded in death by one uncle Bill Boyer; two aunts Ruthie Boyer and Bessie Sisco; one cousin Evan Garner and grandparents Naomi and Henry Boyer.

Alex is survived by his wife Lisa Boyer of Birch Tree, MO; two sons Alex "A.J." Boyer, Jr. and wife Anna of Baltimore, MD and James Boyer and wife Belinda of Summersville, MO; one daughter Casey Boyer of Mountain View, MO; three granddaughters Hannah Pulliam, Haley Pulliam, and Alexis Boyer; his parents Edna of Salem, MO and James and Ann Boyer of Birch Tree, MO; three uncles Leonard Holloway of Salem, MO, Bill Holloway and wife Penny of Salem, MO, Jerry Holloway and wife Gean of St. Louis, MO; one aunt Judy Holloway of St. Louis, MO; four brothers Gary Pogue of St. Louis, MO, Mike Boyer and wife Jaquita and daughter ÒCappyÓ of Birch Tree, MO, Billy Boyer and wife Tracey of Steelville, MO, and Jimmy Boyer and wife Donna of Mountain View, MO and one sister Teresa Francis and husband Jim of Mountain View, MO.

Alex drove a log truck for Dry Camp for the last three years. He had previously worked for Chaney and Sons Logging for 18 years. Alex especially loved hauling big loads of logs.

Alex loved to hunt with his Uncle Bill and other family and friends. He especially loved to go deer hunting. He enjoyed fishing with his cousin Rick Garner and other family and friends. Alex was a family man and loved hunting and fishing with his boys. He especially loved his granddaughters. He loved having cookouts for everyone. He always loved to call his Aunt Penny and talk to her and always had to ask her what was for supper.

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 24, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Duncan Funeral Chapel in Birch Tree, MO with Bro. Sean Reese officiating. Interment was in the Oak Forest Cemetery in Birch Tree, MO under the direction of Duncan Funeral Home of Birch Tree, MO
