Dr JS Moroka Municipality invites interested parties to tender/bid for the above tenders. Tender will be evaluated on 90/10 points system in line with DR JS MOROKA Municipality Supply Chain Management Policy and Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act.

Tender documents for all the above projects will be available as from 25th MAY 2012 at the Cashier office of Dr JS Moroka Municipal Head Quarters at 2601/3 Bongimfundo Street,Siyabuswa during the hours 07H45 to 15h00 (Monday to Friday) upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of R240.00 per document. Only cash or Bank guaranteed cheques will be accepted and cheques are to be made payable to Dr JS Moroka Local Municipality.

Completed Tenders must be deposited in the Tender box at Dr JS Moroka Local Municipality at 2601/3 Bongimfundo Street,Siyabuswa situated at the entrance of the Main Gate of the Head Quarters, on/before 11h00 of the above closing dates. Bidders or representatives who are 15 minutes late for the briefing session will be disqualified. No late, faxed or E-mailed tenders will be accepted. The Municipality is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender.
