Troubleshooting Tips

If typing in your RRC ID card barcode number does not give you direct access to these databases from home, try one or more of these steps:

1) Double-check with the library that the barcode on your ID card matches the number we have recorded for you at the library. 2) Do you have a firewall installed on your computer? It must be set to allow cookies, java script, and exe files. 3) If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, try another browser. One that is free, easy to download, and known to work is Firefox, from Mozilla. Download it at: http://www.mozilla.com/
