Easy Steps to Begin the Aetna Online Wellness Program

Easy Steps to complete or update your Aetna Health Assessment

1. Go to www.aetna.com.

2. If you already have an account, click on Login and skip to direction #8.

(or)

3(a). Click on Register

3(b). If you clicked to register for first time, complete this information. 4. Fill in your personal information and click continue. 5. Finish creating your online profile with login name and password. 6. Go back to www.aetna.com. 7. Click on Login. 8. Fill in your Username and Password and click “Secure Log In.” 9. Click on “Take a Health Assessment”. 10. Click on either “Update your current Health Assessment here” or “Create a new Health Assessment here.” 11. Begin your “updated” or new Health Assessment questionnaire. 12. Continue your Health Assessment until you receive your completion certificate. NOTES:

 SPC Human Resources will receive confirmation that you have completed the Aetna Health Assessment.  Your answers are confidentially secured by Aetna.  SPC Human Resources will not receive any employees’ individual results.  SPC Human Resources will only receive the overall aggregate results for the entire employee population.  The aggregate results will help direct the SPC Employee Wellness Program.  If you have any issues with logging into your account please contact, Aetna Customer Service at 888-266-5519.
