WORK DESCRIPTION : Steel Structure study of Transfer Towers (10 Nos.) includes preparation of Design, Calculation note, and detail drawings with the part list for IENET – steel structure. Issue of all execution drawings according to our standard (S20 / S50 / S60)

Page 1 of 3 FIVES INDIA would hereby request INDES Engg to submit a quote for the studies of steel structure (10 Transfer towers) of Design, calculation & detail drawings of here above mentioned items and services. This will be in strict accordance to the below requirements and all attached documentation:
The quote shall be made up with the following indications and documents:-
Technical description and pointing out of possible differences with regard to all specifications. No deviations or exceptions will be considered unless formally accepted in writing by Fives India,
Acceptance of the schedule of design/document submission
Delivery time
Signed confidentially agreement,
Detailed price breakdown to be provided
Specific requests:
o Documentation about your company including Previous relevant experience,
o Name of your subcontractors and scope you intend to sub-contract, if any.
The quote shall be submitted to the undersigned
All clarifications related to this RFQ are to be sent by e-mail to the undersigned.
Scope of work:
Design calculation using STAAD pro software Calculation note in word format (ENGLISH) similar to given analogy document. Detail drawings preparation using TEKLA software. Final output of detail drawings to be in AutoCAD format All revisions/comments Bill of material for detail drawings in Fives FCB format using mark, sub mark methodology Entering of part list in Fives FCB IENET web based software.

Notes:
Vendor calculation note documentation will be in ENGLISH only and the same shall be utilized by Fives FCB for FRENCH translation. Client will give comments in FRENCH document only which will be forwarded to vendor as it is. All Documents prepared by vendor related to the subject Design, calculation note and detail drawings shall be as per the FIVES formats. Revision if any given by FIVES on the vendor submitted documents shall be corrected and revised documents to be provided by vendor are part of this RFQ only
