Your Ducks Unlimited Committee is currently preparing for the 2013 banquet. This year our fund-raiser will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Standish on Friday, March 15. Tickets are $60 for a single and $80 for a couple and include your DU membership, the bi-monthly award-winning magazine, door prizes and a Gourmet Dinner by Martini’s Catering. Cocktails and registration begins at 5:30 P.M. with dinner at 7:00 P.M. There will be a silent auction with many exclusive DU limited edition items, games, and the largest raffle table in Northeast Michigan. In order to encourage young adults to join Ducks Unlimited we are offering the same DU privileges and incentives but at a reduced cost; $50 a couple for members 17-25 years of age.
There will be an Early Bird drawing for those who purchase their tickets by Monday, March 4th. The prize will be a $200 raffle package for the lucky winner. Be sure to have your reservation in before March 4th to be eligible. Because of its popularity, we are repeating the 15-gun raffle; details can be found on the next page. This annual raffle is pre-sold to the public but we are offering you the first chance and it is usually SOLD OUT BEFORE the dinner—so order your tickets today. We also have a DU Edition Fausti 12GA Over/Under Dinner gun raffle.
We are offering a free Table Captain drawing for those who help to recruit new members, Qualify as a Table Captain by inviting another 7 people, sign the Table Captain Form (back page),collect and remit payment for all 8 people. The winner of this free raffle and each of his (or her) couples get the big spender package ($400 value) for FREE in 2014. If you would be willing to help sell dinner tickets or gun raffle tickets please contact us at the number on the back page. We would truly appreciate your help.
