December 11, 2016 Confirmation Class Mission Project 2 (Angel Tree Gifts)

February 26, 2017 Confirmation Class Mission Project 3 (Sacred Heart Meal)

March 10-11, 2017 Confirmation Overnight Retreat to NYC (required for 8th graders)

May 16, 2017 8th graders Meeting with Session at 6:30pm

CONFIRMATION CLASS REQUIREMENTS – 2016-2017

7th Graders > Attend a minimum of 15 sessions/classes this year > Participate in at least one of three Mission Project opportunities > Attend Sunday morning worship at least 3 times > Attend Middle School retreat

8th Graders > Attend a minimum of 15 sessions/classes (Sessions 8, 12, 14, and 20 are VIP sessions and youth should make every effort to attend.) > Participate in at least two Mission Project opportunities > Attend Sunday morning worship at least 3 times > Attend the overnight retreat to New York > Complete a faith statement and present it to Session members at a special meeting > Participate in leading worship on Confirmation Sunday
