NOTES 1. Side Road etc. closures will start 10 minutes before closure of the High Street at 6.20pm 2. All vehicles must be removed from the closed section of the High Street, preferably before 6pm 3. The High Street will be closed off at 6.30pm at both ends under Police supervision 4. No further vehicle movements of any sort, except for authorised vehicles (Ambulance, Police, Fire and Father Christmas) 5. The High Street will re-open after Police announcements warning that the High Street is about to be reopened 6. High Street to be reopened at both ends at 10.00pm with rolling opening of side roads – prior Tannoy warning announcements 7. Buses R68, 281 and 285 will be diverted 6.30pm to 10.00pm via Waldegrave Road and Waldegrave Park 8. Diversion signs and posters to be provided by Council 9. High Street rubbish to be cleared and placed in official waste bags ready for collection 10. Official marshals will be dressed in Hi-Viz jackets for easy identification 11. Pony rides will be starting from the Kings Head car park from 4pm (but may be earlier) 12.
