Competition rules.  Registration papers and current measuring certificates must be produced if asked for by the society. Horses with a current measuring certificate MUST be shown in accordance with the height shown on the certificate.  STALLIONS cannot be ridden in any hack or riding classes as per competition rules.  MEMBER CLASSES are for financial members of the society.  NOVICE – horses or riders who have never been awarded a FIRST ribbon in a similar event at any open gymkhana, open pony club gymkhana or show.  INTERMEDIATE – horses that have not won 3 first ribbons in similar individual classes at any show, including royal shows.  The society will NOT accept responsibility for any injury or damage occasioned to persons, property, spectators or competitors. Persons attend and compete in events entirely at their own risk.

CLOSING DATE 17 TH July 2013. No refunds after this date. The draw will be posted after this date. No phone entries. Late entries accepted depending on room at a cost of $15 per event. 2. Events will be split into 2 divisions if sufficient entries received. 3. Competition will proceed depending on weather. Message left on 02 9401 9000. 4. EFA tests apply. 5. Events are open to horses and ponies of any height and riders of any age. One rider per horse. Callers are permitted. Whips may be carried and spurs may be worn. 6. Stallions may be ridden by riders over 18 years and are not be left unattended unless they are double tied or inside a float or truck. 7. Hard hats and riding boots must be worn by any mounted person. 8. Riders should be ready at allocated times or they will be eliminated. 9. Gear check is essential before each event. 10. All riders compete at their own risk. The organisers of FFA&H do not accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders or spectators. Nor is liability accepted for loss or damage to any persons property. 11.Junior placings will be awarded separately in each class, please note on entry form if rider is under 17 years.
