Continuing Scholarship Application Guidelines

The Pentecostal Baptist Church Continuing Scholarship is awarded annually to members who:

1. Were recipients of the Pentecostal Baptist Church Scholarship. 2. Are currently enrolled in school and anticipate being a full-time student for the next academic school year. 3. Have not received this scholarship for more than five (5) consecutive years; and 4. Are active members of Pentecostal Baptist Church. 5. Continuing Scholarship recipients must present a fee statement from the college or university for the upcoming fall semester in order for the disbursement check to be paid to them, otherwise the check will be made out to the college or university.

You must download, complete and submit this application to the Church office by August 11, 2013 to be considered for this scholarship. Education Day is Sunday, June 2, 2013. Please be present, reserved seating will be available.
