ISA Golf 2016 Tournament Entry, Sponsorship & Prizes

Dear Fellow ISA Golf Sponsor

The Sarnia Section golf committee members are inviting you and your group to our Twentyfirst annual ISA Golf Tournament to be held on Friday, June 3, 2016. The ISA tournament has been very well received, thanks to the generous contributions of our many loyal ISA Golf major sponsors. Due to the success of the tournament, we have limited the tournament to a maximum of 144 golfers.

Once again we offer up to two “secured foursomes” to all the major sponsors. The major sponsor’s fee includes signage with their name prominently displayed at a location near the tee blocks, golf fees, golf carts, meal and a prize for each member on the sponsors list. As a conclusion to our great day, we will hold a draw for the main prize. (The winner must be present to win the main prize.) Should you wish to change your existing sign with one of your own design, or modify the existing sign please call any of the contacts listed below. Note: All new signs must conform to the ISA section dimensions guidelines.

 The golf entry form facilitates the major sponsor’s financial donation while allowing for the registering of a foursome in the ISA golf tournament.  Please note: should a sponsor not wish to participate as a golfer, we will accommodate your $100 sponsorship. The $100 hole donation will provide a sponsor signage.  In addition we have added an individual entry fee to cover the participation of a single golfer entry in the golf tournament.

In order to be first in line for the golf reservations, we ask that our major sponsors submit the golf entry form with payment by cheque by 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 6, 2016.

If we have not received your completed registration form and accompanying cheque by 5:00 p.m. May 6th, we will open the golf registration to other interested parties. (Post dated cheque is acceptable with the May 20/2016 payment date.)

NOTE: During the first phase of this sponsorship drive, each major sponsor is limited to 2 foursomes, after May 6, 2016; you can sponsor as many foursomes as available.
