PLEASE NOTE ARTIST WILL NOT PERFORM WITH AN INFERIOR SOUND SYSTEM. SOUND SYSTEM
Susan Aglukark in concert requires a professional, QUIET sound reinforcement system. This system MUST be in perfect working order and totally free of noise of any kind. The Main PA must be flown whenever possible. The entire audio system must be available for tuning one hour before scheduled sound check with all system controls and operating parameters available to the artist’s production staff. Ground loops, RF interference, hums, hisses, pops or buzzes are not acceptable.

Flown line array technology preferred in venues where appropriate. Meyer, Clair I3/I5, L’Acoustics, Adamson, EAW, Vdosc. Vertec etc are all acceptable

Three (3)-Sennheiser G3 IEM Complete with Antenna Combiner and Paddle Batteries for these units are required for each show as well.

SUSAN AGLUKARK TYPICAL LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS (This is a guideline and we will work with any proper lighting gear based on the location and venue)
1. Eight (8) sections of 12” X 12” X 8’ truss, a total of 48-60 par/ACL fixtures on two 40’ spans.
2. Ten (10) Source four Lekos on downstage truss
3. All necessary cable for set up and operation, properly functioning and assembled in a safe, professional manner
5. No (0) Follow Spot required or permitted.
6. Lighting system to be fully operational prior to the arrival of Susan Aglukark’s crew.
8. One (1) Lighting control desk. 48-channel minimum with at least 10 programmable sub-groups. (JANDS, AVO, ETC.). All control functions must be completely operational. If moving lights are supplied an additional console may need to be supplied as well.
9. Certified professionally rigged flying system or approved ground support.
10. ONE (1) 40’ X 20’ Black backdrop.
“BUYOUTS” TECHNICAL, MEAL, HOTEL
In some cases (subject to travel limitations etc.) it is possible and preferred for Susan Aglukark to supply the bulk of the technical needs for a flat fee of $750.00/engagement. Should the buyer and Artist agree on this option the technical requirements of the buyer are reduced to lighting and main speaker system
Also, in some cases the group prefers the option of arranging and paying for our own accommodations, as logistics may dictate that we do not stay in the buyers hometown after the show, typically in these cases we would expect a buyout of $125.00 + GST/HST per room. Please discuss these options with the agent at the time of contracting the event.

One (1) Pro Line Yamaha 88 keys weighted electric piano with sustain pedal (keyboard not needed if provided with an tuned acoustic piano, please confirm with artist production manager as to the make and quality or the acoustic piano) One (1) Hammond organ synth keyboard with volume pedal (Nord Stage keyboard, Nord Electro 4 or 3 or 2, Hammond SK or XK) Two (2) Sitting level solid keyboard stands (not a lightweight “X” stand) One (1) Adjustable piano bench (X legs is ok)

Meal:
One hot catered meal for Six (6) people is required. This meal should include vegetarian fare for Two (2) people as well as something substantial for the non - vegetarians. The meal should minimally consist of a choice of salads (Garden /Caesar/ Greek, a main course and dessert) 2 % Milk, Coffee, Tea and bottled water should all be available with the meal. Real plates, cutlery etc. if possible.
For the safety of the performers…Please, no fast food! Although schedules change, generally the meal should be ready at 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm on show days where the show is at 8:00 pm.
Accommodations:
As per contract requirements, one single room per person for all band and crew. (6 rooms)
Flight & Ground Transportation:
As per the contract details.
