You are advised the child named above has absconded from the custody of the Department of Children’s Services. You are hereby notified that harboring a juvenile offender is a criminal offense punishable by up to 11 months, 29 days in jail and $2, 500.00 in fines.
If you have any information that would help locate this juvenile offender, you should disclose it during this interview. If you learn of information after the interview, you should contact the investigator/case manager immediately, especially if the juvenile contacts you.
Any child who is not properly supervised and at large is at risk of harm to themselves and possibly the community. Your cooperation in bringing this child back into custody is very important.
