Operation & Maintenance Report (Monthly Report) Report for the year : 2014 Date: 26/12/2014 Month: December-2014 (A) ROUTINE MAINTENANCE 1. Maintenance Activities Undertaken During Month
Description of Activities Status of Activites / Action Taken
Cleaning of pavement, This activity has been carried out on regular basis in the removal of debris or any entire Project Length. Daily cleaning of unwanted material from pavement, removals of dead animal & debris Project highway. etc. have been done by a team of labours & supervisors. Activity during this months is mentioned in Section-VIII Pavement Distress. Pavement Distress Are Found in section C1and C3 For more detail refer inspection report Repair/Replacement of road Damaged guard post, railing, W beam crash barrier, KM furniture including crash stone & other road furniture are being repaired barrier, road marking, & replaced from time to time and as and when signage, guard post, railing, required.
