Basically I am a competent and diligent Service & Maintenance professional with 3+ years of experience across Mechanical Installation, Servicing, Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance & Technical Troubleshooting. BALMER LAWRIE & CO. LTD. Since 15/05/2013 to Till Date

Site Engineer (Mechanical):

. Visiting specified site at Oil Refinery or Oil Field and preparing a layout for placement of “The BLABO Tank Cleaning System Unit” comprising of high pressure Single Nozzle Sweeper (SNS), Centrifugal Pumps, Hydraulic Power Pack, Centrifuge and Hydraulic drive units for SNS. . Accountable for timely commissioning of Pipelines and placing “BLABO Tank Cleaning Unit” according to Process Flow Diagram. . Responsible for Mechanized cleaning of Oily sludge in Storage Tanks and Lagoons including Oil recovery from sludge through Mechanical separation process.

. Responsible for timely servicing, maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps, Screw pumps, Centrifuge and various types of valves (Ball valve, gate valve, butterfly valve etc.) used during operation. . Making coordination with client, also managing and monitoring site contractors.

ABHIJIT AUTO AGENCY INDIA PVT. LTD. From 01/08/2011 to 30/04/2013

Service Engineer: . Accountable for timely servicing, maintenance, repairing of TATA MOTOR’s commercial vehicles i.e. Buses, Trucks, Mini vans etc. and also accountable for servicing, maintenance, repairing of various Generator sets, Pumps, and Compressors employed in Workshop. . Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair, taking into account the customer’s schedule. . Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Diploma Apprentice: . Mechanical Maintenance and servicing of Drilling Equipments and machinery like Draw-works etc. used in oil field and also responsible for Installation, Servicing & Maintenance of X-Mass tree and Well-head. . Handled all type of servicing, maintenance, repairing, overhauling, and dismantling of Centrifugal Pump, Reciprocating pump, compressors, various types of valves (Ball valve, gate valve, butterfly valve etc.) Diesel engines and Gas engines of Caterpillar, Kirloskar, Cummins etc. and various rotating equipments.
