MUNICIPALITY OF GLENELLA-LANSDOWNE PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8th, 2015 – 10:30 AM

Present: Reeve Richard Funk, Councillors Greg McConnell, Roland Marohn, Don Boxall, Dave Baskerville, Arnie Suski, John Pottinger and CAO Wendy Wutzke.

Guests: Jeff Braun – Neepawa & Area Planning District, Elizabeth Paramor – applicant

Marohn - Boxall 2015/3 Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Glenella-Lansdowne do not open this Public Hearing at 10:45 AM to hear representation to Variation and Conditional Use Order V-CU- 01-2015 (Morrell). Carried.

Variation & Conditional Use Order V-CU-01-2015 (Morrell) Jeff Braun, Neepawa & Area Planning District attended to give an overview of the proposal, varied to allow the required site area of 10 acres be increased to 10.76 acres and the required minimum front yard setback in the AG-80 Agricultural General Zone for the north property boundary when adjacent to a Municipal Road of 125 feet be reduced to 30 feet, to allow for the location of the rural non-farm Single Family Dwelling Site and to facilitate the proposed subdivision and provide for site requirements for the location of a mobile home.

Mr. Braun noted no objections have been received by his office.

CAO noted no objections have been received.

Marohn - Boxall 2015/4 Be it resolved that the Council of the Municipality of Glenella – Lansdowne do now adjourn the public hearing and resume the Regular meeting of Council, the time being 10:45 am. Carried.
