North Carolina FFA Association Midway FFA Scholarship Application Form Introduction Midway FFA Scholarship Amount: Determined Annually The Midway FFA Scholarship is awarded annually to an incoming freshman attending any school of post- secondary enrollment. Recipient must be a FFA member at Midway High School. Preference will be given to students based on their FFA participation as well as their average grades received in agricultural education courses.

All scholarship applications are due to the State FFA Office by 5:00 pm on April 3, 2015.

All scholarships are paid directly to the educational institution by the North Carolina FFA Foundation. Verification of enrollment is required prior to payment. No FFA member may receive more than one (1) scholarship during a single application period. Scholarship amounts are subject to change based on sponsorship amounts and availability.
