A GENDA 1. Budget – Standing Item Tina emailed PDF’s of the Balance Sheet and the Income and Expense Statement for June 2012. She requested that Staff and PALS review their area of responsibility and contact her or Mickey with an y questions or concerns. 2. Volunteer Availability - Standing Item 3. VBS setup and cleanup Mickey reminded those involved with VBS to be careful about cleaning up their areas and putting things away or disposing of unneeded items rather than taking up space in the storage room. 4. The following was presented as information and a reminder to leaders to make sure teachers understand how the heating and cooling system operates.

Thermostat Override review: Only when a thermostat is in the “Unoccupied” mode will the “Override” button be of any use to you for getting the room into a comfortable setting of “Occupied”. If the room is currently in an “Unoccupied” mode then the “Override” button will put the thermostat into an “Occupied” setting for ½ hour. Each additional time you hit the “Override” button you will increase the time in “Occupied” for an additional ½ hour up until the maximum of 4 hours.

CAUTION: If the thermostat has been programmed to be in “Occupied” mode which will be the case for most normal times of church operation and someone pushes the “Override” button then the thermostat will go into the “Unoccupied” mode which will take it out of a comfortable setting until midnight of that day unless someone advances it back into an “Occupied” setting.

If you need help or have any questions concerning the override function of a thermostat or temperatures that are uncomfortable please contact Rick Peacock or Brad Anderson. 5. George and Phyllis Crispi request permission to set up a table every Sunday through August 19 to help make people aware of the items being collected for their work in Malawi. It was approved for them to use the Pastor’s Pick table when not being used and set up a table in corner of Chapel when it is being used. Request to set up a display on the slatwall was approved as well.

Respectfully submitted, Lisa Shirley
