 Any changes to the scope of the project after funds are awarded must be cleared by the Office of Sustainability (refer to Request for Funding document for additional details).  Upon completion of your project, the Responsible Party listed on this application will be expected to complete the Assessment Report form (available on the fund website) within 30 days of the project’s completion.
