Finalization Meeting: Thursday, May 21, 2015 9:30 AM in the main lobby

Admission: $6.00 adults $4.00 students (Tickets Takers: Linda Foos, Lory DuFrain, and Char Soukup, 2 gates & NE Gate)

Passes: Email me a list of your workers if your coaches, coach’s spouses, bus drivers, & Administration and I will put them on the list at the gate

Scoring System: Relays and Individuals 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Rules/Regulations: Review the track and field section of the SDHSAA Handbook REVIEW THE UNIFORM CODE

Number of Entrants: No more than 3 contestants in any individual event and not more than one team in any relay event.

Facilities: Running Surface: Rubber Spike Length 3/16” pyramid (NO needle spikes) Team Camps Located outside of track Check in Area: Crow’s Nest Bus Parking North of Track Participants Entry NE Gate Weighing of implements: Crow’s Nest (Tom Murphy) Awards: SDHSAA Lunch: 1:00-2:00 PM - Will be provided for all workers, coaches, and administrators in the north storage room below the stadium.

No tape or chalk on track or runways, tennis ball, hockey pucks or flags only (will be provided) Participants and Coaches ONLY on the infield; must stay behind the 15 foot line (marked with flags) No electronic devices, to include cell phones, IPods, and Etc. in the immediate competitive area.
