Dear Parent,

I am delighted to tell you that you can now access our parent portal, Ladders at Home.

Ladders at Home is a parent portal enabling you to view the curriculum your child is working on at school. Each curriculum statement links to resources, explaining techniques and concepts to help you confidently support your child at home.

Please find below a guide to registering and using the site.

How do I register for Ladders at Home?

1) Go to www.laddersathome.co.uk and click ‘Register’.

2) Enter your details including your ‘Access Code’ (this will have been provided by the school), then click ‘Create my Account Now’.

3) Check your emails for your verification email and click the link to verify your email address.

- If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes and you have checked your junk/spam mail, please email [email protected] so we can verify your account.

4) Once your email address has been verified, enter your log in details and click ‘Sign in’.

5) Add your mobile number if you want to receive future updates by text, then click ‘Save my number’. 6) You will now be taken to your ‘Home’ where you can add your child/ren. Click ‘Add a child’ to begin.

7) Enter your child’s first name and ID (provided by the school), then click ‘Add Child’.

- If you are adding another child, simply follow steps 6 and 7 again.

How do I use Ladders at Home?

There is a ‘Help’ section on Ladders at Home, but below you will find a basic guide.

Select your child’s name, choose a subject and topic, then ‘Show results’:

Each resource breaks the topic down into bite-size chunks, explaining what it means, how you can help at home and resources suggested by teachers:
