Discounted prepaid luncheon fees will be offered to organizations and membership to provide a benefit to the members, as well as increase upfront cash flow for the Chapter and encourage commitment from the members for future meetings. The amount of the discount will be approved by the Board of Governors annually prior to publication of the directory. The sales of discounted prepaid luncheon fees will only be available from June 1st through November 30th of each fiscal year. After November 30th, luncheons may be prepaid, but will be based on the regular monthly rate. Any exceptions to the deadline of November 30th should be due to extenuating circumstances and should be approved by the President and Treasurer.

There will be no refunds for prepaid luncheon fees not used. Prepaid luncheons not used cannot be transferred or sold to individuals or companies outside of the purchasing organization. Reservations are still required for each luncheon, even though payment has already been made for the luncheon.
