As the leading dedicated 3rd party Magazine Distributor, Seymour manages the magazine distribution of over 100 independent Publishers. Seymour Distribution Ltd is part of the Frontline Group, which represents over 40% share of the magazine market. Included within the diverse Seymour portfolio are titles such as Slimming World, Frozen, My Little Pony, National Geographic and The Lady.

We are looking for a Circulation Executive to work closely with the Group Account Controller, to support them in client management, analytical reporting, and the creation and implementation of trade marketing plans and also be responsible for full client management on their own portfolio of publishers.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

 Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Group Account Controller/publishers for all aspects of circulation management.  Support the Group Account Controller / CTM Manager in developing and delivering Trade Marketing Plans to deliver both publisher and Seymour objectives  Provide delivery of agreed publisher objectives/service levels via effective, timely liaison with relevant teams  Ensuring all business critical information is completed accurately and on time  Translation of analysis into workable and useful information both internally and externally  Effective communication of performance and required actions to relevant parties

Key Core Competencies and Skills Required

 Ideally have held a client-facing role in a commercial environment  Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written  An ability to manage their own time, deal with ad-hoc requests and still meet deadlines in a busy environment  A high level of proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint  Professionalism, adaptability, will show initiative and the ability to work accurately under pressure  Exemplary organisation, with sound administrative skills and excellent attention to detail  Enthusiasm and the commitment to succeed
