Sick dogs will get a 50% refund of entry fees. A veterinarian’s note AND a copy of the Final Confirmation is required and must be received by the TRIAL SECRETARY via email or fax BEFORE the first day of the trial. Any dog diagnosed, prior to the first day of the trial, with Kennel Cough or K9 Influenza, AND any other dog domiciled at the same residence, even if they are not yet affected, will receive a refund. A veterinarian’s note for the affected dog and the confirmation letters for ALL the dogs must be received by the TRIAL SECRETARY via email or fax BEFORE the first day of the trial . Bitches in season: Bitches in season are not eligible to participate in agility trials. Entry fees will be refunded less a $5.00 processing fee. To receive a refund NOTIFICATION MUST be given to the trial secretary PRIOR TO THE START OF JUDGING on the first day the bitch is entered. Written verification from a veterinarian is also REQUIRED & must be RECEIVED with a copy of the dog’s final confirmation no later than 48 hrs after the end of the trial.
