Corporate Sponsorship Packages for the Event

ABILITY 2017

On the 16th of July 2017, Living Options Devon (LOD) will be hosting a free family festival celebrating disability and Deaf people in the local community in Northernhay Gardens in Exeter. It has been planned to coincide with Disability Awareness Day 2017 and will be based around a marquee in the gardens with different workshops and demonstrations of disabled arts and sports as well as stalls advertising LOD and other local charities’ projects and work. The event is part-funded through a grant from the Big Lottery Fund’s ‘Celebrate’ project but we still need lots of help with financing and running this exciting event. We will be advertising this event widely through our members, partner organisations and local and regional media.

Corporate sponsorship packages for the event:

Gold- Main corporate sponsor for the event (£1,200)

. ‘Sponsored by …..’ with your logo on all event advertising material

. A feature on our Living Options website, Facebook page (425 likes) and Twitter feed (1,700 followers) as well as on emails to over 1,000 local people with disabilities

Silver- Sponsor a marquee (£500)

. An opportunity to prominently display your company banner and information at the event via a stall in the marquee

. Photo opportunity with LOD representatives

Bronze- Sponsor a workshop session (£300)

. Your company logo included on promotional flyers for the event

. A feature on our Living Options website, Facebook page (425 likes) and Twitter feed (1,700 followers)

. Your company’s flyers or promotional material to be handed out to workshop participants

Other ways you can help:

. Volunteers- We are looking for volunteers to help our event run smoothly. In exchange for providing volunteers we can advertise your company or organisation on our promotional flyers.

. Refreshments- We are looking for a company or organisation to provide basic refreshments such as cold drinks, tea or coffee in exchange for an opportunity to prominently display your company banner and information via a stall in the marquee.
