Bennington Center for Restorative Justice (CRJ) is seeking a full-time Case Manager to work with individuals involved in the agency’s various restorative justice programs. The position will work primarily with at-risk youth, but will also work with adults in CRJ’s court diversion programs. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years case management experience with at-risk youth and have a Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, psychology or related field.

Required skills include excellent written and oral communication, facilitating groups, and experience collaborating with community agencies. Valid driver’s license and reliable, fully insured transportation required.
