Ski.com cannot determine what these will be at this time nor can Ski.com guarantee these surcharges against the air prices quoted. If additional charges apply, the Group will be responsible for payment of any increases in these costs and this will be included in all trip invoices at time of final billing. Ski.com encourages the Group to request ticketing as soon as possible to avoid the continued increase in fuel surcharge.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Space will be held upon receipt of your initial deposit below. Final payment is due as specified below. A signed credit card authorization is required for payments made by credit card. For your convenience, prices shown reflect a three percent discount for cash. Payments using other methods, including credit cards will require full payment which include a 3% administrative fee.

1ST DEPOSIT OF $200.00 per lodging unit due by 10/1/12 ($1400)......

2ND DEPOSIT OF $250.00 per lodging unit due 11/1/12 ($1750)...... 3RD DEPOSIT OF $100 per airline seat due 12/1/12 ($2800) & $300 per lodging unit due ($2100) = $4900 total ......

Prices based on Minimum of: 20+ paying passengers. If the group falls below this number, the price could be adjusted based on the final number of participants.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES (All cancellations must be received in writing by the trip leader):

Cancellations received from time of booking up to, * 90 days prior to departure: $0.00 per person plus any supplier penalties * 89-46 days prior to departure: $0.00 per person plus any supplier penalties * 45-31 days prior to departure: $25.00 per person plus any supplier penalties * 30 days or less prior to departure: no refunds and no substitutions (call me for emergency circumstances) Itinerary Deviations from group space made from time of booking up to, * 60 days prior to departure: $0.00 per person plus any supplier penalties * 59-46 days prior to departure: $0.00 per person plus any supplier penalties * 45 days or less prior to departure will be calculated based on rates and availability at the time of request.

* The group leader is responsible for collecting and providing to us all above mentioned fees.

Group Terms and Conditions:

LATE PAYMENTS: If SKI.com Groups does not receive payments in a timely manner, the entire booking may be cancelled and/or late fees of $100 plus supplier-imposed fees may be assessed to cover necessary expedited mailing fees and other costs. This policy is in place to meet obligations to vendors supplying the components of your trip. Airlines may automatically cancel seats if tickets are not issued and paid for by the required dates. Lodging companies may charge late fees or cancel reservations if they are not paid on time.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: Within the US, air travelers are required to present Government issued Identification, such as a current driver license. International travel requires a passport and in some cases a visa. All individuals are responsible for obtaining the required documentation necessary to travel. Incomplete travel documentation may result in denied boarding by the air carrier. Travel document requirements are subject to change without prior notification at the discretion of appropriate government agencies or the air carrier.

EQUIPMENT RENTALS/SKI SCHOOL/OTHER ACTIVITIES: Save time and money by booking in advance. SKI.com Groups offers you special rates for equipment rentals, ski school and other activities in most destinations. This will make your trip an even better value. Contact us for more details!

AIRLINE NAME LIST: Please see above AIR RULES for deposit due date and amount, utilization detail, change and cancellation detail, and final name list due date. Airline tickets will be issued no later than 35 days prior to departure. Flight times, schedules and taxes are subject to change without notice. NAMES FOR AIRLINE TICKETS MUST BE IDENTICAL TO THE FIRST AND LAST NAMES ON EACH PARTICIPANT GOVERNMENT ISSUED Government issued ID TO BE USED AT AIRPORT SECURITY. PASSENGERS WHOSE NAMES DO NOT MATCH THEIR ID WILL BE DENIED BOARDING. WE ARE REQUIRED BY TSA TO COLLECT DATE OF BIRTH AND GENDER FOR ALL PASSENGERS.

RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT: The payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment hereunder shall constitute consent and agreement to the provisions herein. SKI.com Groups, its agents, servants and employees shall not be responsible for personal injuries or property damage, loss or delay, or change of itinerary incurred by any person or tour participant arising out of the act of negligence of any direct or supplemental air carrier, hotel or other persons rendering any of these services, or accommodations offered in these tours; nor shall SKI.com Groups be responsible for any injuries, death, damage, loss or delay in any means of the transportation or by reason of any event beyond the actual control of SKI.com Groups, or of any agent or supplier or due to force majeure. SKI.com Groups reserves the right to decline or accept or to retain any person as a member of a trip, or to cancel a trip. Tour participants shall ski at their own risk. Tour participants acknowledge that they are aware of the fact that skiing and other activities in which they may elect to participate while on the tour involve inherent risks and danger of injury or death. Tour participants shall participate in such activities at their own risk and indemnify and hold SKI.com Groups, their employees and agents harmless in the event of injury or death. If the contract between SKI.com Groups and the participant and/or the contract between SKI.com Groups and the air carrier or vendor is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, all partial or full payments made for the trip will be refunded in their entirety, without further obligation of the part of SKI.com Groups. SKI.com Groups may substitute hotels for other hotels of similar category or change schedules should the circumstance so demand. If time permits, SKI.com Groups will provide notification of any such changes. In the event of a change in the itinerary necessitated by factors or conditions beyond the control of SKI.com Groups, no refund can be made nor will credit be allowed, provided that, in the event of such change in itinerary, SKI.com Groups shall provide accommodations and services of comparable quality and standards. Any such change shall not modify the cancellation provisions herein. No credit will be allowed or refund provided for any services provided in the Itinerary and Conditions List should any such services not be utilized by tour members. Availability of refunds for air transportation included in a tour and additional transportation costs for a person who does not utilize the air transportation part of a tour will vary with the type of transportation, and the point at which transportation is not used. The person signing this document on behalf of the organization does attest that he or she has been empowered by the said Organization to issue and sign contract on behalf of the Organization. If the Organization is not a legal entity, then the person signing is accepting personal responsibility for the items herein. This document is the sole agreement between the parties. Any changes must be in writing and reference this agreement.
