Executive Summary

The purpose of this document is to serve as the design package for Milano Pizza system. Our document includes:

 The Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD)  Mock-up Forms  Mock-up Reports  Sample Forms  Sample Reports

The Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) will include all of the entities associated with Milano Pizza system’s data and show the relationships between them. The mock-up forms and reports will include; input, navigation and output elements in the user interface. The mock-up reports will display the appearance of the report without showing the data. The sample reports will include all data as the user would see in a “real life” situation.
