7th grade LEAPS group will meet today during advisory in our designated location.

6th Grade Leaps will meet today in Mr. Brocklesby's room during advisory.

Any 7th grader that had any Artwork in this year's Art Show can pick it up now in Rm. 56.

7th or 8th grade students, High School Colorguard is looking for you for the 2013 season. Sign up for more information in room 143! No dance experience needed we will teach you everything you need to know! Email [email protected] with questions.

Reminder to all 6th grade students - We will be having tryouts after school next Tuesday, May 7th & Wednesday, May 8th in the Auditorium. A talent show will be a great way to end the school year! If interested, please stop by and see Mrs. Young in Room 229 to pick-up an information packet and try-out form. Come on - be a part of the - HMS Variety Show on Friday, June 7th - you know you want to! Just do it!

HMS Mystery Night is coming on Thursday, May 9. Tickets will be on sale for this event Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of next week during all lunch periods. This event, hosted by the HMS Student Council & Actor's Workshop, will be a fun night for all. Bring some friends and help support a great cause. Tickets are $8, and all proceeds go to benefit the Robin Hood Foundation for Hurricane Sandy relief. Talk to a friendly ticket sales rep at our tables for more information.

CONGRATULATIONS to all the members of the Reading Olympics Teams. Both teams were awarded ribbons last night in the annual Reading Olympics Competition. HMS is so proud of you! The 2014 Reading Olympic Book List is out, so start reading for next year's competition.

All boys' track members should report to computer lab room 20 in the basement immediately after school to fill out a sports survey, and then be ready for practice immediately after taking the survey.

Congratulations to the HMS girls' track team on their total team effort against Garnet Valley yesterday. The Fords came home victorious beating Garnet Valley 76 to 62. First place finishers included: Emily Burd, Brianna Blair, Stephanie Misko Olivia Matthews, Amanda Bwint, Maddie Santoro and Isabel Weir. All of the athletes contributed to yesterday's win one way or another, great job! A special shout out to Mr. Langin who stopped by to cheer on the Lady Fords. Thanks for having our backs!

The 8th grade girls’ lacrosse team played a tough Valley Forge team to a 9-9 tie.
